Η Λυδία και η Κατερίνα πολύ ευγενικές και με βοήθησαν σε ότι χρειάστηκα…και το κυριότερο έχουν γνώσεις μακιγιάζ, δεν είναι απλά πωλήτριες…αλλά επαγγελματίες!!! Τοπ μαγαζί!!! Excellent service!!! Lydia and Katerina are very kind and helped me with everything I needed… and most importantly they have makeup knowledge, they are not just saleswomen… but professionals !!! Top shop !!!
K	Kostis Ketikidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα από το site τους του εξωτερικού πριν να ανοίξει της Ελλάδας αλλά φαντάζομαι τα ίδια θα μπορούν να συμβούν κι εδώ. Με έχουν χρεώσει 16,90 € χωρίς κανέναν λόγο ενώ έχω πληρώσει την παραγγελία. Τους στέλνω mail εδώ και πόσο καιρό και λένε ότι ούτε καν που υπάρχει παραγγελία στο όνομα μου ενώ όχι μόνο έχω παραγγείλει έχω παραλάβει κιόλας ? τους στέλνω screen shot τα mail της παραγγελίας και πάλι λένε ότι λέω ψέματα... Πήραν τα 16,90 ευρωπουλακια και την έκαναν αέρα... Φαντάζομαι δεν θα γίνεται σε όλους αλλά σίγουρα έτσι χάνονται οι πελάτες... Πραγματικά ξεφτίλα για μια τόσο μεγάλη και γνωστή εταιρεία να κάνει κάτι τέτοιο και μετά να σε δουλεύουν κιόλας... I got it from their site abroad before it opened in Greece but I imagine the same can happen here. I have been charged € 16.90 for no reason while I have paid for the order. I have been sending them emails for a long time and they say that there is not even an order in my name, while not only have I ordered, I have already received it νω I send them the screen shot of the order emails and again they say that I am lying ... and they blew it up ... I imagine it will not happen to everyone but surely this is how the customers are lost ... I really disgusted for such a big and well-known company to do something like that and then to work for you ...

Δυστυχώς δεν ήρθαν ποτέ αυτές τις σακουλίτσες. Το προϊόν σαν προϊόν ήρθε κανονικότατα. Σήμερα πήγα στο mall με δισταγμό μπορώ να πω για να ζητήσω αν μπορούν να μου δώσουν σακουλίτσες για να προσφέρω τα δωράκια μου και αμέσως ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικές οι κοπέλες. Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ το κατάστημα του mall για την εξυπηρέτηση!!! I made an order from your company's eShop because I did not find in the physical store the set with the three lipsticks that are for the holidays. I had put as a note in the order that they send me five bags so that I can offer them as a gift. Unfortunately, these bags never came. The product as a product came very normally. Today I went to the mall with hesitation I can say to ask if they can give me bags to offer my gifts and immediately the girls were very helpful. Thank you very much the mall store for the service !!!

Ειδικά το lip gloss, powder(το διαφανες) ,μολύβι ματιών(μηχανικο) και φρυδιών(3 σε 1). Πολύ καλή ποιότητα σύμφωνα με τις τιμές. Θα την προτιμήσω ξανά. Very good service. I ordered them and they arrived within 2 days. The company's products are very good. Especially lip gloss, powder (transparent), eye pencil (mechanical) and eyebrows (3 in 1). Very good quality according to the prices. I will prefer it again.

First of all the location of the shop is invalid it's situated in the Mall so please don't be tricked with that Map check that is shown outside the Mall as we spend an hour wandering under the burning sun. After we got there I was really surprised by the poor quality of service. I had to catch the consultant multiple times to ask if they had specific product available. Most of the sales that you can see on their Web page is not valid.
