S	SS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus interior was clean, comfortable, and modern, but wifi kept disconnecting. The driver was very carefull. Sadly, the ticket agent at the counter was rude, unwilling to assist, and gave me wrong sitting despite my clear request and description although it was available.

L	Lydia Oikonomidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus driver was unacceptably rude, creating his own rules that were not communicated to the passengers in advance of the trip by the company. In particular, for a six hour trip we were told we could not eat in a very rude and sarcastic manner, despite the fact that we have taken this bus multiple times in the past and eating on the bus has never been a problem previously. There is no sign indicating this rule on the vehicle or any notification to us when the ticket was issued. Even if this is the rule, this should be communicated to the customers in advance of travelling, in a polite and respectful manner and the service should be consistent across bus drivers.

P	Patrick McNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to take a bus from Athens to Thessaloniki. Upon walking into the ticket office I was greeted by an aggressively unpleasant woman in a neck brace. I have no idea how she got the neck brace, but after dealing with her for five minutes, I felt she deserved it. The rest of the bus station was fairly clean by, Athenian standards.

This is very good. I tried it a few days ago. I hope to put like if you benefit from the comment so that others benefit Thank you.
