★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη είναι ο πιο επιεικής χαρακτηρισμός για την εξυπηρέτηση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου της Αθήνας... τέτοιοι υπάλληλοι δεν αξίζουν ουτε ταμείο ανεργίας!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικά αγενής υπάλληλος (γυναίκα), αφού έδωσε λάθος πληροφορίες για το δρομολόγιο (δεν ήξερε ούτε τις στάσεις του λεωφορείου!!!!),
με συνέπεια να ταλαιπωρηθούμε απερίγραπτα, μας είπε ότι ήταν δικό μας σφάλμα και μας έκλεισε αγενέστατα το τηλέφωνο κατά πρόσωπο !!!!
Extremely rude employee (woman), after giving wrong information about the route (he did not even know the bus stops !!!!),
as a result of which we suffered indescribably, he told us that it was our fault and he rudely hung up the phone in person !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά ενδιαφέρον για ΚΤΕΛ και μάλιστα επαρχίας, με την έννοια ότι στην πρωτεύουσα τα πράγματα είναι απείρως χειρότερα!
Quite interesting for KTEL and even in the countryside, in the sense that in the capital things are infinitely worse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά με τα κτελ δεν έχω τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες, ακριβά εισιτήρια, χωρίς παροχές, λίγα δρομολόγια κ.α. όπου σε πολλές ευρωπαϊκές χώρες ισχύει ακριβώς το αντίθετο. Εντοπίζω όμως τη διαφορά στα ΚΤΕΛ Τρικάλων καθώς έχει διαφορετική πολιτική στις τιμές και κάνει μείωση των τιμών εισιτηρίων για πολλές περιπτώσεις. Για παράδειγμα τα κτελ της Εύβοιας δεν παρέχουν μειωμένο εισιτήριο σε φοιτητές του Ελληνικού Ανοιχτού Πανεπιστημίου ενώ των Τρικάλων παρέχουν. Επιπλέον είδα μια αντιμετώπιση προς τον επιβάτη που είναι φιλική, με ελεύθερη επιλογή της θέσης που επιθυμεί να καθίσει και με έγνοια για τη ποιο συμφέρουσα κατηγορία εισιτηρίου. Ας ήταν έτσι τα κτελ σε όλη τη Ελλάδα να ταξιδεύουν περισσότεροι με λεωφορείο.
Υ.Γ. επειδή διαβάζω κάτι κριτικές που λένε για το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και βρίζουν τους εργαζόμενους να πω ότι δεν ευθύνονται για το γεγονός ότι εξυπηρετούν με προτεραιότητα εμάς που πάμε εκεί και κλείνουμε εισιτήριο. Όποιος βιάζεται να κλείσει εισιτήριο να πάει στα ΚΤΕΛ να το κλείσει.
Generally I do not have the best experiences with the buses, expensive tickets, without facilities, few itineraries etc. where in many European countries the exact opposite is true. However, I find the difference in the KTEL of Trikala as it has a different price policy and reduces ticket prices for many cases. For example, the buses of Evia do not provide a reduced ticket to students of the Hellenic Open University while those of Trikala do. In addition I saw a passenger-friendly approach, with the free choice of the seat he wishes to sit in and the concern for the most advantageous ticket category. Let the buses all over Greece travel more by bus.
Υ.Γ. because I read some reviews that say about the call center and curse the employees to say that they are not responsible for the fact that they serve with priority to us who go there and book a ticket. Anyone in a hurry to book a ticket should go to the KTEL to book it.
