★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only positive thing was the young trainee who tried and helped us.
We rented a convertible Fiat 500 checking over the phone on the eve that this specific model was available. On the day there was no car for us we were told the previous person had not given back the car so we ended up with a Fiat panda and were told to come back the day after which we did. The boss then told us fairly aggressively that the 500 needed repairment so we had to keep the Panda for the same price and one day less! No excuse, no commercial gesture. We then realised that we had been debited twice, so we went back and the boss left the poor trainee (who had been there for 3 days) handle it on his own which took more than an hour, again the boss that we regularly came across during our stay did not bother apologizing for the inconvenience ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had decided to rent a car and to drop it off at Athens airport. After making the reservation four days in advance for 120€ and checking in again one day before. On the day of departure The bold headed employee suddenly increased the price to 150€ and it wasn’t sure anymore if the rental would be possible. After 15 minutes waiting in the office he confirmed that they don’t have anyone to pick up the car in Athens, after confirming the car twice during the week !!!! The employee made no efforts to find a solution. He simply said they don’t need the 120€ and said I can do whatever I want. Unbelievable honestly. First of all 120€ is a lot of money already to rent a car for less then a day but then such a behavior on top is not acceptable. I would advise everyone to go to the mainland in Galatas where the employees of the car rental are helpful and welcoming. Worst experience in a car rental !!!!
