★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was assured in the morning that a car was available and I was asked to call later for confirmation of the rental. After I called, I was told that it was difficult to find me a car. I wasn't told either YES or NO, but that it is difficult....still trying to find out what that means

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. Having the monopoly of a business does not mean that you can be arrogant or indifferent. We called three times and every time they told us to call again in an hour because they didn't know if they have availability. When they finally gave us an answer they told us that they had other customers to serve and they couldn't further talk...... Totally unprofessional

The women in charge didn’t solve a problem with our ferry reservation (we bought a business class ticket for a ferry through internet and they print us a regular one). She shouted at us in a very disrespectful way and didn’t found a solution at all. She said it was not her responsibility although Fun in the sun is the representing agency of the ferry company. Completely useless service…Stay away.
