3/7/21 κάλεσα για τηλεφωνική κράτηση ..μετά από 15' αναμονής , προσπαθώ να εξυπηρετηθω. Λίγο πριν μου δώσει κωδικό κράτησης, ο υπάλληλος με βάζει αναμονή και στα 30' πέφτει η γραμμή . Ενώ είχε όλα τα στοιχεία μου (τηλέφωνο,mail) δε με κάλεσε ποτέ πίσω. Κάνω εκ νέου κλήση και μετά από 30' πέφτει και πάλι η γραμμή. Ξανακαλεσα και στα 18' προσπαθεί να με εξυπηρετήσει μια άλλη κυρία ,την οποία ενημερώνω πως έχει στη διάθεσή της λιγότερα από 12' για να ολοκληρώσει την κράτηση. Η κράτηση δεν ολοκληρώθηκε γιατί η καμπίνα για το ταξίδι της επιστροφής δεν υπήρχε πια διαθέσιμη. Ζήτησα από την υπάλληλο να μεταφέρει τη δυσαρέσκεια μου και είπε δε γίνεται, και πως πρέπει να στείλω mail στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Συγνώμη εκεί οι υψηλόβαθμοι δε γνωρίζουν πως υπάρχει μεγάλη αναμονή και η γραμμή πέφτει στα 30';;;;
Ελλαδισταν στο μεγαλείο σου!!!!

3/7/21 I called for a phone reservation ..after 15 minutes of waiting, I try to be served. Just before giving me a reservation code, the clerk puts me on hold and at 30 'the line drops. While he had all my details (phone, mail) he never called me back. I make a call again and after 30 'the line drops again. I called again and at 18 'another lady is trying to serve me, whom I inform that she has less than 12' at her disposal to complete the reservation. The reservation was not completed because the return trip cabin was no longer available. I asked the clerk to convey my dissatisfaction and she said it was not possible, and that I should send mail to customer service.
Sorry, the high-ranking officials there do not know that there is a long wait and the line drops to 30 '????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ όταν περιμένεις για πάνω από 30 λεπτά στο τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας και τελικά σε κλείνουν χωρίς καν να μιλήσεις, κάτι πάει πολύ στραβά !
when you wait for over 30 minutes on the contact phone and they finally hang up without you even talking, something goes very wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Απορώ γιατί επιβιώνουν τέτοιες επιχειρήσεις! Αναμονή 30 λεπτών και η γραμμή κλείνει... Περιορισμένα δρομολόγια και οι τιμές εισιτηρίων βγαλμένες από άλλη πραγματικότητα! Από τις χειρότερες ακτοπλοϊκές εταιρείες που δυστυχώς αναγκάζομαι να χρησιμοποιώ.
Unacceptable! I wonder why such businesses survive! Waiting 30 minutes and the line closes ... Limited itineraries and ticket prices taken from another reality! One of the worst shipping companies I have ever had to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist, abusive staff, clearly stated that they hated ethnic minorities and muslims. On 31/07/21 at around 1 a.m Corfu time my exemplary young brothers were physically abused, handcuffed, strangled and choked by the security guards just for having an ethnic minority and Muslim name. The abuse was recorded but they hid their badges and faces. The phone was snatched from them after being handcuffed when they said they were going to call the police. They have had to run bear foot and left their belongings as they feared for their lives. Their interail adventure which they won from DiscoverEU could not take place which they had spent a long time preparing for and looking forward to. Instead they have had to take a flight back home to England. We are now scarred for life and shaken by the horror they have experienced. Thankfully we were in corfu too. Had they not managed to run away, there is a high chance they would not have survived their abuse and we would not have seen them again.
