Boat ride of 8hrs detailed by almost 3 hrs in good weather. No excuses/explanations given. Missed connecting ferry... if you are going to charge 50+ EUR for a deck seat on and old boat at least be punctual...

Today we had the worst travel experience with Hellenic Seaways. We took the early ferry (flying cat) from Rafina to Tinos. When we arrived at the ship, we could put our luggage (4 suitcases) in a storage. After almost 2 hours, the ship finally arrived at Tinos. Together with the other people on the ship we walked to the storage and looked for our luggage. The staff of the ship moved our suitcases to another place. As a result we could only find two of our suitcases. While we looked further for the other two suitcases, the staff put the first two already on land, without asking our permission. We were shocked when we realized, that the boat was already moving andere had just left the port. We were still on board and two of our suitcases were unloaded!! The worst thing was, that the staff just didn't care. They left us alone, without any help or explanation. This while it was obvious that they knew what just happened. This made me so furious that I went to look for someone at the ship myself. When I found the staff members, they did not want to listen our help us out in any way. The only thing they could say: you were to late......! Their advice: just get off at the next island (Mykonos), wait for another boat and sail back to Tinos. You can pick up your luggage at our agent. At Mykonos we had to wait for 2,5 hours and buy new boat tickets (73 euro!) by ourselves. Hellenic was not prepared to compensate any off the extra costs we made. None off the staff members admitted that they made a mistake or said sorry. Never experienced such a lack of service before!!

Bought 2 tickets for me and my girlfriend, economy class, we get to the port and we find out that the ferry from Mykonos to Athens is 1.5 hours late. Once finally boarded, we get told by the staff to keep walking down the end and turn left and sit there. Surprise surprise there are no seats but just a floor where you can sleep if you want to! This is for a 4.5 hours trip. I asked explanations to 2 different staff members and they both just said that this is the economy. Economy means to them sleep on the floor. A dog gets a better treatment I guess. We found some chairs to sit in the restaurant area and we were told that we can’t sit there unless you buy food, in a rude way again. When we bought the tickets there was no mention at all about this, otherwise we wouldn’t have bought them in first place. I highly recommend to avoid this ferry company. The staff at the port didn’t even know on which deck the ferry was coming. Just ridiculous! Stay away from Hellenic seaways..

Traveled today to aigina Island using this company's flying dolfin. The good day started from the ticket kiosk. A very polite lady booked my tickets in zero time. Then the dolphin its self. Clean with air Condiction panctual on departure. The staff checked my covid and other traveling documents and I was sailing to aigina. The price of the ticket was also an other nice surprise cheap in my opinion. So. Choose this company and enjoy your travel experience and destination

travelling from Naxos to Piraeus. Vessel delayed over an hour to reach Naxos and on top of that the slowed down at the end of the trip. We were supposed to leave Naxon at 16:30 and we finally reached Piraeus at 22:00!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE

There are absolutely no signs or guide as to WHERE to catch the flying dolphin on Aegina Island. I must leave a one star for this fact alone YOU ARE A TOURIST Company and you suck at catering to tourist who don't speak Greek. *update* just got on the flying dolphin xviii and it smells like burning tar. Are you guys venting the exhaust right into the passenger cabin to make us more docile due to the lack of on board diner or TV? (they have a tv but it is off) and holy hell this thing is loud it sounds like it is going to rattle apart at the seams. About 20 minutes in right now using a prepaid Sim card posting this review if I don't make it home and die of exhaust fumes tell my family I love them.

Bought tickets online with agency, easily picked up tickets at main HELLENIC SEAWAYS office. Walked across the st. to gate E8 and promptly boarded flying dolphin to Aigina on time.
