★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυσαρεστη εμπειρια.Ηρθε ο υπαλληλος και αφου διαπιστωσε (ελεγχος ενος λεπτου) οτι ειναι προβλημα στην πλακετα του ψυγειου με ενημερωσε οτι η επισκευη της πλακετας με την εργασια γιατι δεν υπαρχει πλακετα ανταλλακτικο κοστιζει 280 ευρω.Του εδωσα 20 ευρω για την επισκευη και του ειπα οτι ζηταει πολλα για επισκευη.Μετα απο 5 λεπτα με παιρνει το αφεντικο του και μου λεει οτι μπορει να μην καταλαβα καλα απο τον υπαλληλο του και μπορει να ειναι 240-250 ευρω η επισκευη και οτι 170-180 ευρω του παιρνει ο πλακετας και διαφορα.Η πλακετα για να βγει ειναι 6 βιδες και 4 φις και το ιδιο για να μπει κατι το οποιο ο κυριος κοστολογουσε 100 ευρω συν τα 180 του πλακετα 280 ευρω που ζητησε.
Τελικα η επισκευη κοστισε 60 ευρω σε καλο service πλακετων σε εμενα που δεν ειμαι συνεργατης.
Ουσιαστικα ηθελε 200ευρω για να βγαλει και να βαλει μια πλακετα και ειχε και το θρασος να παρει τηλεφωνο να κανει σκοντο 20 ευρω.

Unpleasant experience. The employee came and after finding out (one minute check) that there is a problem with the refrigerator plate, he informed me that the repair of the plate with the work because there is no spare plate costs 280 euros. I gave him 20 euros for the repair and told him that he asks a lot for repair. After 5 minutes his boss takes me and tells me that I may not have understood well from his employee and it can be 240-250 euros the repair and that 170-180 euros the board takes and various .The board to come out is 6 screws and 4 plugs and the same to enter something that the gentleman cost 100 euros plus the 180 of the board 280 euros he asked for.
Eventually the repair cost 60 euros in good board service to me who is not a partner.
In fact, he wanted 200 euros to take out and put on a board and he also had the audacity to get a phone to make a short 20 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την εξυπηρέτηση. Ο τεχνικός ήρθε άμεσα και επισκευασε το πλυντήριο μας, το οποίο λειτουργεί κανονικότατα ενώ άλλος τεχνικός μας είχε πει ότι χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μία "επισκευασμένη" κουζίνα η οποία είχε πρόβλημα από την πρώτη μέρα. Την έφτιαξαν και μόλις έληξε η 3μηνη "εγγύηση" (τρομάρα τους) ξαναχάλασε. Από τότε "έρχονται" να τη φτιάξουν. Το πήρα απόφαση ότι πέταξα τα λεφτά μου-και δεν βγαίνουν εύκολα τα ρημάδια. Παίξτε Τζόκερ καλύτερα...
I bought a "repaired" kitchen which had a problem from day one. They repaired it and as soon as the 3-month "warranty" expired (to their horror) it broke again. Since then they "come" to fix it. I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how to do it right. Play Joker better ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα χάλασε ο φούρνος και το ψυγείο μου. Δεν μπορούσα να εντοπίσω το πρόβλημα και για αυτό απευθύνθηκα στην συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Εντόπισαν αμέσως το πρόβλημα και μου εξήγησαν αναλυτικά ποια θα είναι η διαδικασία επισκευής καθώς και το κόστος. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ γρήγορη ο τεχνικός πολύ ευγενικός. Το συστεινω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
Last week my oven and fridge broke. I could not identify the problem and so I contacted this company. They immediately identified the problem and explained to me in detail what the repair process will be and the cost. The service was very fast the technician very kind. I highly recommend it !!!
