Professionals in every sense of the word. I made a wrong order and my product was immediately replaced at a price I did not find anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ κακος επαγγελματισμος. Επισης ακριβουτσικες τιμες. Μου στειλανε ελλατωματικο προιον (μια βαση κινητου που εχανε το χρωμα της) και δεν δεχτηκαν την επιστροφη "λογω φθορων" . Καμια λογικη διοτι οι φθορες ηταν ο λογος της ελλατωματικοτητας. Σε δευτερη αγορα (και τελευταια) παρηγγειλα ενα προιον και μου στειλανε ενα αλλο, παρεμφερες, αλλα οχι ιδιο. Ο λογος που μου ειπανε ειναι οτι "α τελικα δεν το ειχαμε αυτο που παρηγγειλες"
Very bad professionalism. Also accurate prices. They sent me a defective product (a mobile phone base that lost its color) and they did not accept the return "due to damage". No sense in telling you now - I don't wanna ruin the suprise. On a second purchase (and lastly) I ordered one product and they sent me another, similar, but not the same. The reason he told me is that "in the end we did not have what you ordered"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ενα προϊόν από το κατάστημα και από δικό μου λάθος είδα πως δεν ήτα αυτό που ήθελα. Οι άνθρωποι ήταν ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί και αμέσως μου το αντικατεστησαν. Θα τους προτιμήσω και στο μέλλον και τους συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα
I bought a product from the store and by my own mistake I saw that it was not what I wanted. The people were kind and helpful and they immediately replaced me. I will prefer them in the future and I highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ελαττωματικό προϊόν και μετά από 4 ώρες που το γύρισα δεν επέστρεφε λεφτά ,έλεγε να περιμένουμε την επόμενη παραγγελία για να το αντικαταστήσει ενώ ήταν όλο λάθος από ποιότητα και κατασκευή.
Μετά από 3 μέρες μου έδωσε όχι όλα τα χρήματα , κράτησε το ΦΠΑ γιατί δεν μπορούσε να ακυρώσει απόδειξη.
Δεν το προτείνω.
Δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένος
