Thomas is terrible. Direct and friendly. The car is spotless and brand new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi onesti visti i prezzi medi dell'isola. 4 stelle in quando a metà del noatro soggiorno ci è stato chiesto di riportare l'auto in quanto l'assicurazione era scaduta. Avrebbero dovuto controllare prima di darcela!
Consiglio: prenotate online, costa parecchio di meno che sul luogo. In loco è possibile aggiugere l'assicurazione da 5€/gg o quella da 10€/gg (in ogni caso i cristalli non sono inclusi). Se intendete fare qua da 5€, consiglio nuovamente di farla online... vi costerà 4€!
Fair prices given the average prices on the island. 4 stars since halfway through our stay we were asked to return the car as the insurance had expired. They should have checked before they gave it to us!
Tip: book online, it costs a lot less than on the spot. On site it is possible to add the 5 € / day insurance or the 10 € / day insurance (in any case the crystals are not included). If you intend to do it here for € 5, I recommend doing it online again ... it will cost you € 4!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider schlechte Roller und kein guter Service an der Außenstelle am Hafen Katapola. Diesel wird von den Rollern abgepumt, sodass man sie meißt leer bekommt. Mein erster Roller ist nicht bergaufgefahren, deshalb musste ich ich schieben, bis ich wieder Empfang hatte um anzurufen zu können. Nach dem Rollerwechsel hat nach 2 tagen die Batterie des zweiten Rollers schlapp gemacht und war nur noch per Kickstarter zu starten.
Unfortunately bad scooters and no good service at the branch at Katapola port. Diesel is pumped out of the scooters so that they are mostly empty. My first scooter didn't go uphill, so I had to push it until I got reception again to be able to call. After changing the scooter, the battery of the second scooter drained after 2 days and could only be started with the kick starter.

They gave the car almost empty of petrol in a island where the gas station is up hill, the car was older than expected and make noises that appear to not be safe for the hill road. Bad service and bad manners. I would say that having a car rental service is much more than having a website and stickers to place in the car.
I would not recommend them.
