★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to warn you of this rental. We borrowed the Sym Symphony 150 cc for 10 days. We also paid for full insurance in the price of +50 €. In addition, it was necessary to keep the ID in the office. When returning a motorbike to us, the employee accused the accidents of accidents. Typical for most of the bad Greek rentals. I note that I drive a motorcycle daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful. The prices on line are misleading. E.g. I selected a Fiat Panda for 23 EUR, plus insurance. I ended up with nearly 260 EUR offer for 3 days. Called them and they told me prices are FROM, meaning when it is high season is it more expensive. They did not understand why they should post the real price. Cheap sales tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking forward to 2 relaxing days with 4 quads from this station. The price was ok, but there were problems with the deposit. The staff (with the boss) held some documents in greek under our noses, which we confidently signed. A sum of € 1500 was blocked on the credit card, which should be released again after 15 days at the latest. We haven't got the money back to this day and we were RIPPED off! When dealing with tourists like that, I very much hope that many others will read my review. All attempts to get the money back were unsuccessful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came at noon and wanted to rent a car for 1 day, which means for 24 hours. They told us, that we would need to return the car until 9am. I rented hundred of cars all over the world, where the charge for one day means always 24 hours. This was a bad experience and not customer friendly at all. So we decided to rent a car at another place, where the service was much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad we can't give rotten stars, this place doesn't deserve 1 star, but only way to give a review and warn everyone.
We came to ask for details on an ATV to get a quote since we would need it for a more then a week, originally the lady gave a good rate but we were on our way for lunch. We came back and she denied ever giving us that quote, accused us of being liars, that we made that up, she would of never have quoted that price, she raised her voice and become extremely aggressive. Worst customer service ever, impolite even after we tried talking to her to say myself and hubby heard the same price quote. Since this is not our first visit in Naxos it is our 4th, we never ever had such rotten attitude.
Save yourself and go across the street to other rental agency, we ended up there and they actually offered better, with a great customer service.
