Auto Power - Mykonos

We were served by a wonderful lady called Irene who had the most wonderful customer service nature and friendliness I have had in the whole if mykonos. Had a great car. Great value for money and no issues handing back the keys. Will definitely use them again.

WORST ATV RENTAL EVER! We visited Mykonos for 3 days and decided to rent a quad here. The quad they gave us looked old and after five minutes driving it we realized that it didn't work well. It was extremely slow and on the hills could barely reach 10km/h. After going from the office to our hotel and back to Mykonos Town for dinner, the quad suddenly stopped and neither we nor other people who helped us could start it again. That same night they replaced the quad with a second one and to our surprise, the quad started to stall every time we stopped. We parked it and finally went dinner. When we took it again, it suddenly stopped on a hill and took us more than 30min to start it again (it was 3am and the office had already closed). We couldn't stop the quad on our way back home being afraid that it could stop in the middle of nowhere at night. Luckily we could reach the apartment and texted them on WhatsApp explaining the problem. When we woke up nobody had answered (the day before it took them 5-10min to answer), tried to start the quad but without success so we decided to call. They sent a mechanic, and he said that the quad worked ok to our surprise. We wanted to give it back anyway, and on our way back to the office the quad stopped 8 times before arriving! Once in the office we asked for a complete refound of our money and the told us that they had to charge us 35€ for the taxes. We opposed and complaint, and as the result of our anger they finally accepted. They made us lose our time on the island, besides putting us in danger for the rental conditions of these vehicles. The staff was unpleasant and no one made an an apology for the problems caused. Luckily I have to say that our hostess helped us in renting with a different company and they gave us a much bigger and better quad for just the same price as the others. I was driving quads all of my holidays in Greece and never had a problem, but I encourage everyone to not rent with them.

There are lots of rental car options in town, so recommend picking another one. The car was good enough. But the staff tried to sneak extra charges before and at the end of the rental.

Great experience with car rental. Punctual service upon arrival and great support during the stay. The order procedure was clear and simple, and the staff very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend the company.

Their ATVs are pretty junky and overpriced for what you get. The one I rented came with a nearly bone dry gas tank, a speedometer that didn't function, and it required a lot of cranking to get it started. Plus the 50cc engine was way underpowered for the island and, frankly, was dangerous to operate because of its lack of power. The only reason I'm not giving them a one star is because the lady in the front office was nice as was the young lady working there for the summer.

I spent a month in the island and I tried different rentals. It looks like the prices are all the same. But at Auto Power the service is great, the staff is really kind and they changed my scooter very quickly when I had a problem. Totally recommend it!

If you want troubles in your vacations, this is the correct place. He wanted to charge us EUR 20 for a small mark in the car that we did not make. First time he has given us a car that did not works, the second car did not work neither. He was very agresive when we returned the car and the owner threaten us with the police and call a lawyer.

The bike had electrical issues. You couldn't see the speed or gas meters. It's not worth 25€/day. The owner did not bother to tell me that there's issues, and just said "it's fine" after I wasted my time going to the gas station to fill the tank. I talked to the owner about finding a ride to the ferry after drop-off. There was no bus at the time that I needed it, and he said: "it's fine, I'll just have someone drive you tomorrow. 10€". When I dropped off my scooter today, he just said "find a taxi". I'm lucky that I got here ahead of schedule, because he had me depend on him and then I needed to spend 20 minutes finding a taxi (and spending twice the price for it).
