Best place for rental! Good price, the moto was an Honda 125cc in excellent condition! Excelente servicio!!! 100% lo recomiendo!

Awful, Awful experience. I would never recommend anyone rent from them. I rented an ATV from them for the week and continuously had problems with the ATV accelerating on its own. I voiced my concern over the safety of the ATV and they sent out a technician to look it over. The technician said it was fine. Later that day I was involved in an accident where my ATV took off on its own and hit a rock and caused me to crash into another vehicle. I'm extremely fortunate and thankful for the kind residents and Mykonos for their help at the scene. However, the female manager of Appolon never once asked how I was- the only concern she showed was for damages to their ATV. I'll add that I spoke with a different manager who said their would be no charge earlier in the week after the accident and he let me rent a different one... Be careful- there is no insurance protecting the driver of the ATVs. Ride at your own caution. When returning the ATV the woman said that I had a damage charge for the accident, but the other manager told me no charge when I came back to replace the ATV. LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MANAGERS. She forced me to pay- all the while calling me ungrateful and throwing clipboards, staplers and office supplies on her desk. I was definitely ungrateful- I was rented an ATV that caused an accident and I could have been killed... The ATVs are in poor condition. They tout being in business 30+ years on the Island and its obvious by their old ATVs. Rent from another business that has better customer service and better equipment.

SO i rented a buggy for 3 days "75 euro a day" and it was so slow that cars had to queue behind me and I was not satisfied with it. I asked them to change it to ATV if available and I parked my buggy at their "free" parking. The next morning I cam to ask about my buggy and I found out they have rented it and no ATV!!! They suck at customer services. Don't rent anything from them. There are near stores with better service..

Rented an ATV from the ornos branch. It was a very pleasing experience. Atv was okay. Bike is clean and so are the helmets. Thank you Stavos for the warm welcome and for an easy renting experience.

You want to have good time in Mykonos? You want a car in good condition? You want a safe car to drive? You are used to great customer service? If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the above, then don’t deal with this company. A total waste of time and money.

Absolutely disgusting service and management. Unfortunately I can not give this company less than a star... The woman in her 60's who I presume is the owner, charged me additional hidden fees without any explanation and completely ignored my feedback, she simply refused to talk to me, I couldn't believe it!! No idea how a business like this survives but I guess at least the rest of the reviews here speak for themselves. Unless you literally want your money stolen from you, avoid this place. They are criminals, as simple as that!

Do not rent a car here! Overpriced and terrible service. We rented a car for 2 days, when we returned the car the manager charged us 3 days because we returned the car 20 mins late, which is unacceptable especially as they had the wrong time recorded on the paper when we booked the car. Also there was no way to reason with the manager and explain that they wrote the wrong time! The manager was not willing to listen and simply ignored us which I find unacceptable for someone who is in the service industry. So we basically paid 75 euros for 20 minutes. Incredibly rude and angry manager.

Chocked !!!! Staff really agressive and rude specially the guy with short hair and right arm tatooed. He was screaming at us to pay the parking !!! Keep out of this parking
