B	Bert Siegel von art2viz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben zwar das Auto am Flughafen Heraklion entgegen genommen und wieder abgegeben, aber das dürfte hier nicht stören. Abholung und Übergabe gingen sehr zügig und ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Das Personal sehr freundlich und gute Beratung - solange man englisch oder griechisch sprechen kann. Eine Karte von Kreta mit Ausflugstipps gab es auch gleich noch dazu. Toll. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Tankregelung. Den vollen Tank muss man gleich bezahlen und das Auto mit leeren Tank wieder abgeben. Aber wer schafft schon ein genaue Punktlandung... Zumal unsere Tankanzeige ein Eigenleben geführt hat. ;-) Voller Tank am Anfang und gefüllter Tank auf eigene Kosten am Ende wären aus Kundensicht besser. Naja, mittlerweile scheint sich aber diese Regelung bei Urlaubsautovermietungen durchgesetzt zu haben. We accepted the car at Heraklion airport and returned it, but that shouldn't bother us here. Collection and handover went very quickly and without any problems. The staff very friendly and good advice - as long as you can speak English or Greek. There was also a map of Crete with tips for trips. Great. The only criticism is the tank control. You have to pay for the full tank right away and return the car with an empty tank. But who can make a precise landing ... Especially since our fuel gauge has had a life of its own. ;-) A full tank at the beginning and a full tank at your own expense in the end would be better from the customer's point of view. Well, meanwhile this regulation seems to have prevailed at vacation rental companies.
P	Peter Thyssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum dritten Mal in 2 Jahren dort ein Auto gemietet. Toller Service (Bring-und Holservice zum Hotel), Autos gut in Schuss. Nette Leute. Rented a car there for the third time in 2 years. Great service (delivery and collection service to the hotel), cars in good shape. Nice people.
B	Baberl Baberl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ca. 2 Wochen vor dem Urlaub (August 2019) in Agia Galini von Österreich aus per E-Mail ein Auto reserviert. Wir mussten lediglich eine Handynummer und den Namen des Hotels angeben. Kosten für 8 Tage Kategorie B: 228 Euro! KREDITKARTE WURDE NICHT VERLANGT!!! Wie vereinbart wurde uns das Auto der gewünschten Kategorie zum Hotel gebracht und nach 8 Tagen dort wieder abgeholt. Alles funktionierte tadellos: pünktliche Lieferung und Abholung, PKW (gewünschte Kategorie) in sehr gutem Zustand, Konditionen wie vereinbart, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Wer davon ausgeht, dass sich im Fahrzeug ein Pannendreieck und Warnwesten befinden (wie es eigentlich der Vorschrift entsprechen würde), wird feststellen, dass dies nicht der Fall ist. Auf diesen 'Mangel' angesprochen, erklärte man uns, dass man die fehlenden Gegenstände natürlich zur Verfügung stellen würde. Zusammengefasst können wir sagen: Absolut empfehlenswert, da unkompliziert und solide!!! We had about 2 weeks before the holiday (August 2019) in Agia Galini from Austria by e-mail a car reserved. We only had to provide a mobile number and the name of the hotel. Cost for 8 days Category B: 228 Euro! CREDIT CARD WAS NOT DEMANDED !!! As agreed, the car of the desired category was brought to the hotel and picked up there again after 8 days. Everything worked perfectly: punctual delivery and pickup, car (desired category) in very good condition, conditions as agreed, friendly and competent staff. If you assume that there is a breakdown triangle and safety vests in the vehicle (as it would actually comply with the regulation), you will find that this is not the case. Asked about this 'lack', we were told that of course the missing items would be made available. In summary we can say: Absolutely recommendable, as uncomplicated and solid !!!

Das Auto war absolut ok, kein Neuwagen, aber hatte alles, was man braucht. Vergleichsweise sehr günstiger Anbieter! Everything worked great here! We were met more than punctually at the airport, everything was very uncomplicated. The car was absolutely ok, not a new car, but had everything you need. Comparatively very cheap provider!

Preise im Sommer 2021 waren im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern unschlagbar! Very friendly, uncomplicated service far away from the big chains! Highly recommended and gladly again at any time! Prices in summer 2021 were unbeatable compared to other providers!

Even whit a setback: a small bump in the back of the car: very accomodating gentlemen. We took it from Heraklion airport and left it there again. Very easy. Great price. Highly recommended.
