★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και το πρόβλημα μου (συνδεση communicator GPRS Bentel με τηλεφωνικό κέντρο εταιρίας security) δεν ηταν της απόλυτης δικαιοδοσίας τους -αλλά αφορούσε την απροθυμία επίλυσης του απο συνεργαζόμενο εγκαταστάτη-δείξανε προθυμία και ενδιαφέρον να βοηθησουν στην επίλυση του, προτείνοντας άλλο τεχνικό ο οποίος και ελυσε το πρόβλημα που ειχα επι 3 μηνες που ειχε ως αποτέλεσμα την χρεωση απο την εταιρεία κινητής τηλεφωνίας σε κάθε επικοινωνία με το συνδεδεμένο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.
Although my problem (connecting a GPRS Bentel communicator to a security company call center) was not their sole jurisdiction - but it involved reluctance to resolve it with a cooperating installer - they showed willingness and interest to assist in resolving it, suggesting another technician who resolved it. the problem I had for 3 months that resulted in the mobile carrier charging me for any communication with the connected call center.
