★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έφυγα από το Γέρακα να πάρω ένα ανταλλακτικό. Γέρακα-Γαλάτσι έκανα 15 λεπτά να φτάσω. Με το που μπαίνω στο μαγαζί λέω καλημέρα.-Καμια απάντηση. Περιμένω .. Ζητάω το ανταλλακτικό μου λένε περίμενε φίλε γιατί έχουμε δουλειά .. Περίμενα 50 ολόκληρα λεπτά για να σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα και να λενε πω ρε φίλε.. Και που είναι το ντελιβερι και που ναι ο άλλος... Στα παπάκια μας κύριοι ! Μου δίνει το ανταλλακτικό μην γνωρίζοντας τι μου δίνει και με ύφος! Μέγα λάθος μου που δεν εφυγα όπως μπήκα .. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΠΑΙΔΙΆ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν έχει μηδέν. Ο τύπος μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μου έδωσε τιμή για ένα προϊόν. Αφού τραβήχτηκα από Βύρωνα μέχρι εκεί (για να ελέγξω την ποιότητα του προϊόντος) μου είπε ότι θα το σκεφτεί για την τιμή (ΠΟΥ Ο ΙΔΙΟΣ ΕΙΧΕ ΟΡΙΣΕΙ Κ ΕΙΧΑΜΕ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΗΣΕΙ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΙΚΩΣ) κ να τον καλέσω ξανά την επομένη. Γενικά τέτοιες συμπεριφορές δεν τις ανέχεται ο Φίλιππος αλλά είπα να παίξω το παιχνιδάκι. Τον καλώ λοιπόν κ η απάντηση στο τι τιμή τελικά θα μου το δώσει ήταν η ΔΙΠΛΑΣΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΑΡΧΙΚΗ. Ντροπή,νομιζετε ότι δουλεύετε με μια πινακίδα της Ιαπωνικής!

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διάθεση αποστολής των ανταλλακτικών άμεσα με δίκυκλα και αυτοκίνητα της εταιρείας άμεσα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση αγόρασα ένα προϊόν με την άδεια κυκλοφορίας και στην τελική δε έκανε καν και όταν προσπάθησα να τους το επιστρέψω βρήκαν σαν δικαιολογία ότι έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί χωρίς καν να έχει μπει στο αμάξι και η κατάσταση που μου το δώσανε ήταν λες και ήταν από αμάξι και το πήραν εκείνη τη στιγμή και μου το έδωσαν για κανέναν απόλυτο λόγο δε θα ξανά πήγαινα εκεί
