★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had gotten two parking tickets and the lady at the counter made us believe that because it was rental the parking tickets were double so the police would not take the cars plate and "fine" the rental this way. We later found this was a scam.
Happy to change this review if I am provided with a receipt of payment with the local police as you stated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 2 cars here during our stay in Greece. Great and friendly service! The ladies were very helpful with answering our questions and really took the time for us. There are a a couple of car rentals in this street but I would definitely recommend to go to automotorental.

They charge Euro 25 you for returning the car earlier than 8 a.m., however this was not stated anywhere while booking the car or in the voucher. There is no way to leave the car and drop the keys AND you have notify them 2!!! days in advance if you return a car before 8am. Imagine how cool is that in case you have a flight change! The lady at the support said that it is written on the contract I signed at the pickup. Yes, that is right, there was no info about that while booing the car and I got this paper after we left the airport with all the bags and even after they charged my card the deposit of Euro 800.
So one start for the service and support and two stars for nice people working at the pickup/return since they where nice and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation that they refused to honour because my International Permit was issued electronically and not on paper. It was issued by the proper authorities with proper validity. They said it was refused by their insurance company, but I have rented a car twice in the last two weeks with a major company and a private rental company, and I had no issue. I drove across international borders on my last reservation, so there is no reason they should not accept it. This negatively affected my plans for the day and ruined my trip here with my partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attention and service of the workers was perfect. The car It was exactly what we needed for our travel to Lefkada and we did not have any problem to take back the deposit. Apart from that, when we deliver the car back one of the workers drive us some kilometers to the bus station. Sure we will came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a Renault. It was perfect for two people. The staff here were wonderful and very helpful. Had no problem with contract or car. We paid extra so we didn't have to use a security deposit as we are on our last days of our holidays and didn't want a freeze on our account. So we paid €101 for three days. Best car I've hired in Greece!
