Very bad customer service! It's funny how in most reviews with one star here on Google, the reply from the company is EXACTLY the same with one incident with a Mr Ido Kaplan & his girlfriend, May Berenholts. **REFRAIN from booking with this**

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ! - We rent a car for 4 months - We had a minor scratch on the doors. We went to a refinishing specialist who estimated the damage to 320€ & we immediately communicated this to the RentaCarinGreece.eu - They told us not to worry, they'd had their own estimation after we would hand in the car three weeks after and we would talk again - The day we returned the car they assured us they wouldn't take money from us before we are in agreement - We have no news from them till 7 Jan 2022 when we contact them to know where things stand with the assessment, and the next day they sent us by email two options : one to repair doors 550€ and one to replace doors €1450 without any other written proof. The assessment includes the words 'happy new year' meaning that it was done after 1st Jan 2022. - We replied them that they should contact the refinishing specialist who gave us a much lower price (320€) - We discover on 21 Jan from the account of our credit card that they took 1000€ from our credit card without our consent which is more than the what the contract limits our responsibility to 750 euro plus VAT - they also kept the guarantee we gave of 500 euros minus 50 euros we had agreed to pay for an extension of the rental for 3 days. In total they charged us 1000 plus 450, meaning 1450 euros for a damage that we were told would cost 320 euros in market prices - We declared the fraud in our bank and will be taking legal action if needed.
