★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου χαλάσανε το κλειδί του αυτοκινήτου και όχι μόνο δε με αποζημίωσαν αλλά με εκβίασαν ότι θα μου ακυρώσουν τον έλεγχο KTEO, ενώ ξέρανε ότι ήταν τελευταία μέρα.
Ήρθε ένα ευγενικό παλικάρι για πάρει το αυτοκίνητο και να δούμε μαζί όλες τις ζημιές του αυτοκινήτου σε περίπτωση που προκύψει κάτι και με διαβεβαίωσε ότι είναι αυτοί υπεύθυνοι για οποιαδήποτε νέα ζημιά. Τα είδαμε του έδωσα το κλειδί και με πήρε μετά από 2 ώρες ότι όλα καλά. Όταν ήρθε όμως είδα ότι το κλειδί είχε στραβώσει, ο μηχανισμός αναδίπλωσης ήταν κατεστραμμένος και το κέλυφος είχε ανοίξει μερικώς (παραθέτω φωτογραφίες. Το κέλυφος το έκλεισα όσο έκλεινε για να μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω το κλειδί). Το πήρε πίσω και του ζήτησα αν γίνεται να μην πληρώσω εκείνη την ώρα μέχρι να διευθετηθεί το ζήτημα και δέχθηκε.
Αργότερα έλαβα τηλεφώνημα από τον ιδιοκτήτη του ΚΤΕΟ ο οποίος μου είπε αρχικά ότι "κάποια στιγμή θα συνέβαινε" δε φταίνε αυτοί που έγινε τώρα, ενώ προχωρώντας στην κουβέντα μου είπε ότι το χάλασα εγώ και κάπως το έκανα ώστε να μην το προσέξουν. Σε κάθε περίπτωση αρνήθηκε ν' αναλάβει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη για την επιδιόρθωση/αντικατάσταση και με εκβίασε ότι αν δεν τον πληρώσω (χωρίς εγώ να δηλώσω ότι έχω τέτοια πρόθεση) θα μου ακυρώσει τον έλεγχο ενώ ήξερε είμαι εκπρόθεσμος. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της κουβέντας ήταν εξαιρετικά αγενής και προσβλητικός και στο τέλος μου είπε ότι δεν πρέπει να γκρινιάζω, γιατί αυτός βγαίνει χαμένος, διότι έχασε το χρόνο του ο εργαζόμενος να πάει το κλειδί πίσω και να το φέρει!
 They broke my car key and not only did they not compensate me but they blackmailed me that they would cancel my KTEO check, while they knew it was the last day.
A polite lad came to pick up the car and see together all the damage to the car in case something happens and assured me that they are responsible for any new damage. We saw them I gave him the key and he took me after 2 hours that all is well. But when he came I saw that the key was crooked, the folding mechanism was damaged and the shell was partially opened (I quote photos. I closed the shell while it was closing so I could use the key). He took it back and asked him if it was possible not to pay at that time until the issue was settled and he accepted.
Later I received a phone call from the owner of KTEO who initially told me that "at some point it would happen" it is not the fault of those who happened now, while moving on to the conversation he told me that I ruined it and I did it so that they would not notice. In any case, he refused to take any responsibility for the repair / replacement and blackmailed me that if I did not pay him (without me stating that I have such an intention) he would cancel my check while he knew I was overdue. During this conversation he was extremely rude and offensive and at the end he told me that I should not moan, because he is lost because the employee lost his time to go back and bring the key!
