★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άμεση ανταπόκριση, κατανόηση και ευγένεια, παρά το έκτακτο της περίπτωσης και το γεγονός ότι λόγω ημέρας (Κυριακή) και ωρας το κατάστημα ήταν κλειστό. Μας "έβγαλε" από εξαιρετικά δύσκολη θέση (σοβαρή βλάβη του ι.χ. μας)! Επιστρέψαμε σπίτι μας με ασφάλεια, άνεση και οικονομικότατα (το ταξί για Πάτρα-Αθήνα ζητούσε 290 ευρώ πλέον διοδίων)! Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες!!
Immediate response, understanding and courtesy, despite the urgency of the case and the fact that due to day (Sunday) and time the store was closed. He "took" us out of an extremely difficult position (serious damage to our car)! We returned home safe, comfortable and very economical (the taxi for Patras-Athens asked for 290 euros plus tolls)! Excellent professionals !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car from Avance and got a damaged tyre near Patras and had to use the spare. The Avance office at Patras was very helpful in getting a mechanic to replace the original tyre very quickly so we could be back on our way with a spare.
