Δεν είναι επαγγελματίες δεν είναι καν άνθρωποι δεν έχουν παιδεία.....Είναι αξεστοι,απλά γαβγίζουν βρίζουν γριλιζουν και φέρονται όπως τα ζώα στο μαντρί και όλα αυτά στους τουρίστες. ....Εννοείται ότι κανένας δεν ενδιαφέρεται να βάλει τάξη σε αυτήν την κατάσταση που υποβαθμίζει την εικόνα του νησιού. Ο πράκτορας του Πόρου κεφαλονιάς απλά κάφρος. .....αν μπορουσε να κανει χρηση οπλου θα το εκανε.ΝΤΡΟΠΗ δεν έχω να πω τίποτα άλλο.... A star and a lot of them! !!!!! (excluding the KTEL in Athens). They are not professionals, they are not even people, they have no education ..... They are rude, they just bark, swear, grumble and behave like animals in the corral and all this to tourists. .... It goes without saying that no one is interested in putting order in this situation that degrades the image of the island. The agent of Poros Kefalonia is just camphor. ..... if he could use a weapon he would do it. SHAME I have nothing else to say ....
A	AlexDAM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ΚΤΕΛ σαν σταθμός είναι πολύ καλό άλλα ρε παιδιά πέρναμε τηλέφωνο όλο το απόγευμα για να μάθουμε τι ώρα έχει την επόμενη μέρα λεωφορείο και δεν το σήκωνε κανένας δηλαδή έλεος πήγαμε σύμφωνα με το ωράριο που γράφει στην σελίδα για το δρομολόγιο των 9:30 και μας είπανε ότι αλάλαξε και έγινε 11 περιμέναμε 3 ώρες στο ΚΤΕΛ επειδή δεν σηκώνανε το τηλεφωνώ. Τουλάχιστον βάλτε τα σωστά δρομολόγια στην σελίδα αφού δεν σηκώνετε τα τηλέφωνα. The KTEL as a station is very good, guys, we spent the whole afternoon on the phone to find out what time the bus has the next day and no one picked it up, that is, we went according to the schedule written on the page for the 9:30 itinerary and us they said it changed and it became 11 we waited 3 hours at the bus because they did not pick up the phone. At least put the right itineraries on the page since you do not pick up the phones.

Έκλεισα θέση τηλεφωνικώς( ευγενέστατη η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο), έβγαλα το εισιτήριο χωρίς ιδιαίτερη καθυστέρηση και όσο για το δρομολόγιο?Ενας ευγενέστατος οδηγός με τελευταίας τεχνολογίας λεωφορείο ,άνετο ταξίδι και το κυριότερο ακριβώς την ώρα του στο προορισμό. Excellent service!!! I booked a place by phone (the girl is very polite on the phone), I got the ticket without much delay and as for the itinerary?

Άλλες ώρες λένε ότι διαρκεί το ταξίδι και άλλες ισχύουν. Μακριά. The worst. Not at all helpful, lazy. You wait for tickets and they talk to each other.
