★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με άδειο ντεποζιτο στη μοτοσυκλέτα μου έβαλα βενζίνη 20€ γεμίζοντας το, με αποτέλεσμα να έχω πρόβλημα στη λειτουργία (κυρίως κατά την εκκίνηση έκανε διακοπές ο κινητήρας). Ο μηχανικός μου αναγκάστηκε να μου αδειάσει το ρεζερβουάρ τελείως. Απαράδεκτο. Η Πτολεμαΐδα είναι μικρή πόλη και αυτά μαθαινονται. Συζητώντας και με άλλους ανακάλυψα ότι έχει ξανά συμβεί.
With an empty tank on my bike I put petrol up to 20 €, filling it up, causing me to have trouble running (mainly when the engine stopped running). My engineer had to empty my tank completely. Unacceptable. Ptolemais is a small town and they are learning. Discussing with others, I discovered that it has happened again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, έχει κ συνεργείο για να κοιτάξουν κάτι στο αυτοκίνητο σου. Επίσης έχει καφέ με παιχνίδια και φουσκωτό για παιδιά. Πολύ καλό για μια στάση για εφοδιασμό και καφέ για να παίξουν τα παιδιά.
Very good service, has a workshop to look at something in your car. It also has coffee with toys and an inflatable for children. Very good for a stop for supplies and coffee for the kids to play.
