We rented a car in Thessaloniki. We helped this branch with a problem we had on our way. The service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από το αυτοκίνητο (βανακι 9 θεσεων) και συνολικά από την εμπειρία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
Very kind staff and very helpful. Absolutely satisfied with the car (9-seater van) and overall with the experience. I highly recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση. Κλέφτες και απατεώνες . Σε χρεώνουν για παροχές που ποτέ δεν προσέφεραν και βγάζουν και γλώσσα.
Στην τιμή συμπεριλαμβανοταν GPS, το οποίο δεν διέθεταν. Με ανάγκασαν να πάω στην Ηγουμενίτσα να το παραλάβω. Ήταν αφορτιστο κι έτσι δεν το χρησιμοποίησα ποτέ και με χρέωσαν extra για τα χιλιόμετρα που έκανα για να το παρω.
Never rent a car from them. They are thieves.
The worst service. Thieves and swindlers. They charge you for benefits they never offered and they also speak out.
The price included GPS, which was not available. I was forced to go to Igoumenitsa to pick it up. It was unloaded so I never used it and they charged me extra for the kilometers I did to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent from them again. Was given an old car that squeaked and rattled and no GPS after it was requested. Service was totally unacceptable. Replacement vehicle was absolute rubbish but catered for our luggage. These people had no clue what they were doing. Disappointing to be told we don't have anything else after booking something totally different in advance.
