H	Henry Druce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must go when you come to Lixouri. I highly recommend the spring rolls to start of with - they are filled with hot feta and topped with a sweet marmalade that creates a real flavour sensation. We then had the Kefalonian meat pie to follow which was also delicious and well worth trying given it’s long tradition. Very fair price and full of flavour. The staff are very friendly and even give a free lovely dessert wine to finish off.
J	John K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and eat in this restaurant! Even as a greek guy I was amazed by some dishes, the material and the way they prepare and introduce them! We tried 2 different fish dishes but not something ordinary, they were carefully prepared with local ingredients and the recipes are not so common that you might try anywhere else. The only disappointing thing was the ice cream that came along with the (also original local) dessert "almond pie". The stuff was ok. The place as said is very lovely and the atmosphere welcoming. Highly recommended if you want to taste something different from the "basic" tourist stuff...

Amazing meals - starters, fish, baked lamb, day offers - everything so fresh, nicely served and the taste! They would deserve the Michelin star :) And the breathtaking deserts - we recommend to try everything. It is run by a lovely family, Maria as a waitress and her sister as a great cook. We want to come back to Kefalonia and Lixouri mainly because of this super place.
