F	Fioravante d'Assisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio premiare la buona volontà, tuttavia per un lampadario che è in corto e brucia una nuova lampadina abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera ottenuto il terzo giorno di permanenza su 4, in compenso nella nuova stanza il lampadario proprio non c'è e la pala del ventilatore va solo al massimo. Ci adattiamo da buoni motociclisti, ma mi sembrano un po' improvvisati nella nobile arte Dell'accoglienza. Proprietario molto simpatico, ma non credo basti, pulizie tutti i giorni e biancheria da bagno ogni 2, prezzo onesto ma niente colazione, un po' fuori dal mondo e per arrivare a Zacinto ci vuole minimo mezz'ora. Attenti alle strade, sono scivolosissime e perennemente bagnate sperando che non si alzi la polvere. D	Douglas Gavioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As suites tem conforto suficiente como ar condicionado, ventilador de teto, cozinha básica mas que atende muito bem para fazer refeições, não tem café da manhã, tem ducha externa e o banheiro não tem uma ducha fixa e fica um pouco ruim para tomar um banho e o vaso sanitário deve ser antigo e não elimina por completo as fezes. Mas a receptividade do Timotheos e da Nêta valem tudo! São muito simpáticos, carinhosos e gentis! A localização é muito boa e estratégica aonde permite ir para is 4 cantos da ilha facilmente e de carro, melhor ainda! Pra quem não quer gastar muito este cabe no bolso tranquilo! Tem varanda com vista parcial do Jonico e fica a uma quadra do mar! Recomendo!! The suites have enough comfort like air conditioning, ceiling fan, basic kitchen but it caters very well for meals, no breakfast, has outside shower and the bathroom does not have a fixed shower and is a bit bad for a bath and the toilet should be old and does not completely eliminate the feces. But the receptivity of Timotheos and Nêta are worth everything! They are very friendly, caring and kind! The location is very good and strategic where you can go to 4 corners of the island easily and by car, even better! For those who do not want to spend too much, this fits in your pocket! It has a balcony with partial view of the Jonico and is one block from the sea! Highly recommend !!

Il posto si trova in una zona un pò isolata... per raggiungerlo occorre percorrere un stradina interna lunga circa 4 km. Nel compenso è un luogo molto tranquillo e ideale per delle vacanze all'insegna del vero relax. La struttura è situata in mezzo alla natura e a 100 metri dal mare. Non nuovissima ma tenuta molto bene. Gli studios sono veramente molto puliti. È gestita da due coniugi anziani molto cordiali che parlano però esclusivamente il greco, ma in ogni caso ci si riesce a comprendere abbastanza bene. I locali sono dotati di aria condizionata, fornelli elettrici con forno sottostante, lavandino in cucina, frigorifero nuovo e un ampio balcone da cui in questo momento (ore 6.45 locali del 17.8.2017) sto ammirando l'alba (fantastico). C'è anche uno stendino sul balcone. Unica pecca l'assenza di una tenda nella doccia (ma abbiamo notato che è un particolare abbastanza comune da queste parti). Consigliatissimo per chi è in cerca di una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. I write during my two-day stay with my partner. The place is located in an area a little bit isolated ... to reach it you need to take an internal road about 4 km long. On the other hand, it is a very quiet and ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The property is situated in the middle of nature and 100 meters from the sea. Not brand new but kept very well. The studios are really very clean. It is run by two very friendly elderly spouses who speak only Greek, but in any case they can be understood quite well. The premises are equipped with air conditioning, electric stove with oven below, sink in the kitchen, new fridge and a large balcony from which at this time (6.45am local of 08/17/2017) I am admiring the sunrise (fantastic). There is also a drying rack on the balcony. The only flaw the absence of a curtain in the shower (but we have noticed that it is a fairly common detail in these parts). Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Θέα θάλασσα απ' το δωμάτιο και αυλή με κούνιες και κιόσκι για να απολαύσεις το φαγητό ή τον καφέ σου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Θα πήγαινα ξανά σίγουρα! Great people and perfect service. The room is fully equipped with utensils for making food. Sea view from the room and courtyard with swings and gazebo to enjoy your food or coffee. I highly recommend it !!! I would definitely go again!
