Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ ν ανεβάσω βίντεο για την κατάσταση στην οποία βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο μας τη δεύτερη μέρα, αφού ζητήσαμε να μας φτιάξουν τη βρύση η οποία ήταν προβληματική εξ αρχής. Παροχές στο δωμάτιο ?.. για σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο τα οποία υποτίθεται παρείχαν είχαν μια συσκευή με το ίδιο ακριβώς κρεμοσαπουνο που είχαν στο νιπτήρα.. Τις μισές μέρες δεν είχαμε νερό να κάνουμε μπάνιο και μας αμφισβητουσαν κιόλας. Έχω ανεβάσει την κουβέρτα που είχαν στη ντουλάπα μόνο και μόνο για να δείξω το ποσό καθαρό είναι..με τρίχες επάνω στην υποτίθεται καθαρή κουβέρτα..και εν μέσω πανδημίας! Μην αναφερθώ στην συμπεριφορά των ιδιοκτητών.. ο " κύριος" ιδιοκτήτης έκανε ολόκληρη φασαρία για να πάμε να βρούμε μετρητά να τον πληρώσουμε καθώς "ΔΕΝ ΗΤΑΝ ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΜΕΝΟΣ ΝΑ ΕΧΕΙ POS". 2021.. ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.. και δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένος.. που μέχρι και η κουτσή Μαρία είναι υποχρεωμένη! Τραγικοί το λιγότερο και πιο κόσμιο που μπορώ να πω.. Όλα αυτά είναι φυσικά προσωπική εμπειρία. Αν και κάποιοι άλλοι τουρίστες εξέφρασαν επίσης αρκετά παράπονα.. Το μόνο θετικό που έχω να πω είναι για τα παλικάρια που εργάζονταν στο εστιατόριο. Παρα πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. UNACCEPTABLE! Unfortunately I can not upload a video about the situation in which we found our room on the second day, after we asked them to fix the faucet which was problematic from the beginning. Room facilities ? .. for shampoo and shower gel which they supposedly provided they had a device with the exact same cream soap that they had in the sink .. For half the days we did not have water to bathe and we were even questioned. I have uploaded the blanket they had in the closet just to show how clean it is..with hair on the supposedly clean blanket..and in the middle of a pandemic! Do not refer to the behavior of the owners .. the "main" owner made a whole fuss to go and find cash to pay him as "HE WAS NOT OBLIGED TO HAVE POS". 2021 .. hotel unit .. and he was not obliged .. that even the lame Maria is obliged! Tragic the least and most decent I can say .. All this is of course a personal experience. Although some other tourists also expressed a lot of complaints .. The only positive thing I have to say is about the lads who worked in the restaurant. Very kind and helpful.

S	Szilveszter Marton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast is very low quality. Staffs are not too friendly. The swimming pool is very small, not like on their pics. ❌ Junior suite was our accomodation, which is very nice, clean and big room with good size balcony. ✅

The staff was welcoming and Dionisis was super helpful, providing us a map of the island with the itinerary to follow for the best places in Zakynthos. Definitely going back! Ciao dall’Italia!

The beachfront is great for snorkeling with clear water. Very quite and relaxing location but close to everything you need. Good returants near by as well
