Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μου αντικατεστησαν το δερματινι χωρίς καποια επιβαρυνση. Σωστή Εξυπηρετηση! We bought a breastfeeding chair from this store and from the first moment the leather was damaged, in some places it had already worn out (photo). After contacting me, they replaced the leather without any charge. Proper Service!

Η εξυπηρέτηση ειναι η καλύτερη από αλλά καταστήματα που είχα επισκεφτεί , έμπειρο προσωπικό που σε καθοδηγεί σωστά !! Και όσο για την ποιότητα θα καταλάβατε από κοντά ! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ..!! Τα είχαν ήδη αμπαλαρισμενα . 3 απ τα προϊόντα ειχαν χτυπήματα και γρατζουνιές καθώς και το αυτοκόλλητο για την περιγραφή του προϊόντος και την τιμή , κολλημένο στα πλάγια. Αφαιρώντας το χάλασε η επιφάνεια του ποτηριού. Receipt of products from the store. V	Vasia Georg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση! Έψαχνα πόσο καιρό να βρω ανοιχτό ένα συγκεκριμένο καρότσι που σε άλλα καταστήματα δεν υπήρχε ετοιμοπαράδωτο ούτε ανοιχτό για να το δω. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχει, μου είπαν ναι .. πήγα από πόσο μακρυά για να το δω από κοντά και πως λειτουργεί. Απ την αρχή μου έλεγε ότι έχει ένα μεγάλο αρνητικό (ότι δεν είναι αναστρέψιμο), της είπα ότι δεν με πειράζει, μετά της ζήτησα να μου δείξει πως μπαίνει το πορτ μπεμπέ και το αβγό και και το απέφευγε λέγοντας μου "είναι ολόκληρη διαδικασία", "έχει ανταπτορες και δεν βολεύει", " καλό είναι να το ξανασκεφτειτε"και αλλά τέτοια... και με πήγαινε σε ένα άλλο καρότσι που η ίδια θεωρούσε καλύτερο. Επεμενα να μου δείξει πως λειτουργούν οι ανταπτορες, καθώς εκείνο το καρότσι με ενδιέφερε και ενώ τους κρατούσε στο χέρι της..δεν έκανε καν τον κόπο να το δείξει.. Πρώτη φορά πάω αποφασισμένη να αγοράσω και μου κάνει νερά ο πωλητής. Το ζήτησα πόσες φορές, είπα αν υπάρχει άλλο ανοιχτό με ανταπτορες απλά για να δω τον μηχανισμό και τίποτα.. απλά φύγαμε χωρίς να δούμε εν τέλει την λειτουργία του καροτσιού! Very poor service! I was looking for how long to find a specific stroller that in other stores was not ready to be delivered or open to see. I called the specific store to ask if it exists, they said yes .. I went from how far to see it up close and how it works. From the beginning she told me that she has a big negative (that she is not reversible), I told her that I do not mind, then I asked her to show me how to put the baby carrier and the egg and she avoided it saying "it is a whole process", "it has adapters and it is not convenient", "it's good to think again" and such ... and it took me to another stroller that she considered better. I insisted that she show me how the adapters work, as I was interested in that stroller and while she was holding them in her hand..he did not even bother to show it .. For the first time I go determined to buy and the seller makes me water. I asked for it many times, I said if there is another open with adapters just to see the mechanism and nothing .. we just left without finally seeing the operation of the stroller!
