Επισκεφτήκαμε το κατάστημα χωρίς να είναι μαζί μας το παιδί και η ιδιοκτήτρια μας πρότεινε να πάρουμε μαζί και το μεγαλύτερο νούμερο ώστε να δοκιμάσουμε στο σπίτι πιο είναι κατάλληλο για το παιδί, επιστρέφοντας το ζευγάρι που δεν του κάνει. Στο Κιλκίς γενικά οι αγορές έχουν αυτό το χαρακτηριστικό αφού λίγο πολύ όλοι γνωρίζονται μεταξύ τους ή έχουν έναν κοινό γνωστό. Μου έκανε εντύπωση πάντως το ότι πραγματικά ενδιαφέρθηκαν για τον πελάτη προτείνοντας μας ακριβώς αυτά που θέλαμε. Προτείνεται!
Very good and friendly service. We visited the shop without the child with us and the owner suggested that we take the largest number together so that we could taste at home more suitable for the child, returning the couple who did not. In Kilkis, markets generally have this characteristic, since pretty much everyone knows each other or has a common knowledge. I was impressed, however, that they were genuinely interested in the customer by offering us exactly what we wanted. Suggested!

I placed an order from the eshop ... and the next day I had my order at my house on the other side of Greece !! I highly recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα παπούτσια μέσω του eshop. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους για κάποιες διευκρινήσεις. Η κυρία που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενική, κατατοπιστική και εξυπηρετική. Με βοήθησε και επέλεξα το σωστό νούμερο για το παιδί. Παρά το ότι προέκυψε ένα θέμα με την παραγγελία, φρόντισε να το διευκρινήσει και είχε την καλοσύνη να στείλει δύο δώρα για το παιδί. Θα χαρώ να παραγγείλω ξανά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
I bought shoes through the eshop. I contacted them by phone for some clarifications. The lady who served me was very kind, informative and helpful. He helped me and I chose the right number for the child. Although an issue arose with the order, he took care to clarify it and was kind enough to send two gifts for the child. I will be happy to order again from this store. I highly recommend.
