★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Kostas, was just wonderful! He's responsible for one of the best days we had on our trip- with his nature and vegan food recommendation that turned into a great picnic.
The room is located right in the center, but the street itself was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep in the room facing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realized at 11pm while at the Albanian border I had not made a reservation and was still 2 hrs away. Luckily, I called and spoke with the owner who met me there personally at 1 AM!!! I am still so incredibly grateful to him. I just stayed the one night but the facilities were clean and accommodating. There is even a nice little second floor patio with seating. It is VERY close to the castle and and all of the night life (so there is a bit of street noise at night) and is just a 10-15 min walk to the bus station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just amazing. The owners will welcome you with open hearts and really make your stay feel like a home away from home. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were perfectly clean and there is a nice terrace for hanging out and socializing. The city offers interesting sights and attractions, but the most important thing is to hike in the gorgeous national park. The owners will give you super detailed information on how to go about that. Would 100% stay again!!

Ok. To qualify this statement. I spent a week here and I fell in love with the people. Thank you Joanna and Kostos, and Fabian! Vibrant city. Great location. Wonderful people. Can't wait to come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for two nights in february 2022, it was almost empty, so we could use the kitchen without any problem. The owners where really close and sweet with us, they explained us what to do , where to go, the most important things in Ioannina, and they where very very nice <3. It was not too expensive, and we could see everything around the village/city in two or three days (but they told us that there's plenty of hiking around and amazing natural places we would have liked to visit). The room was pretty big, and the bathroom was also big and had everything needed. It's also very centric, you go by foot everywhere and it's near everything. Highly recommended!! and if you go remember to go to the island of the lake! <3 Thanks for everything!!!!
