B	Bernd Brot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagaki Travel ( Argiro ) buchte ein Ticket für 1 Person mit Hund von Xania nach Deutschland, in einer Airline-Kombination Olympic-Aegean über Athen. Auf der Aegean Maschine von Athen nach Deutschland war der Hund gebucht, auf dem Flug Xania-Athens war der Hund nicht eingebucht. Dies führte zu erheblichen Mehrkosten, neue Flugbuchung, Anschlussflug konnte nicht wahrgenommen werden, Hotelübernachtungskosten, vom Stress für Reisende und Tier gar nicht zu reden. Was noch schlimmer ist, hier wurde gegen die Pauschalreiserechtlinie, welche für ganz Europa allgemeingültig ist und umgesetzt werden muss, verstoßen, explizit wurde der Informationspflicht nicht nachgekommen. Der lapidare Kommentar der Mitarbeiterin war: es ist ein Fehler passiert. Man tut gut daran, dieses Reisebüro nicht zu frequentieren, es sei denn man liebt böse Überraschungen. Selten so etwas unqualifiziertes und unprofessionelles gesehen. Bagaki Travel (Argiro) booked a ticket for 1 person with dog from Xania to Germany, in an airline combination Olympic-Aegean via Athens. The dog was booked on the Aegean plane from Athens to Germany, and the dog was not booked on the Xania-Athens flight. This led to considerable additional costs, new flight booking, connecting flight could not be noticed, hotel accommodation costs, not to mention the stress for travelers and animals. What is even worse, here was the violation of the package travel law, which is universal for all of Europe and must be implemented, the information requirement was not met explicitly. The employee's succinct comment was: an error has occurred. It's a good idea not to frequent this travel agency unless you love unpleasant surprises. Rarely seen something unqualified and unprofessional.
