Oh boy what a feast. Loved the souvlaki, but the staff's treatment was even better! We were a Turkish group and upon hearing that they were overjoyed and they offered us a complementary ouzo shot on the house!

Price and taste is reasonable for the place where it is centrally located near monastiraki square. Moussaka was good but the lamb was serve a bit cold.

Lovely service from the waiter. The kebab with the yoghurt sauce was delicious. Absolutely loved the food in Athens.

We went here because of whole fish. Like most tourist area, at night, eating outside. There are a lot of merchants going table to table to sell rose and such. Then the street beggars. Feeling generous, so I am going easy. There must be something wrong with the fryer. All the fried food held on to too much greece. Like frying food when the fryer is not hot enough yet. The fish dish was over cooked. But still edible. The fried eggplant tasted like butter. But was yum. Kabob tasty. They did fried calamari perfectly. One confusing, see pictures for beer. Oh, if you like sour, then that is the beer to have. Maybe beginners luck, at this restaurant. Our first dinner. The drinks are relatively reasonable to cheap price range. Not like USA. Service, when in Europe, heads up. Never wait till you are hungry to find food. Because service is not like Asian countries, where the food comes out lickity split. But we did enough an unexpected surprised. They served desert to us. And we told them, we asked, how much was it? Because we did not order it. He said, it was on him. Do not know we did to get that, but a gift is a gift. And we were grateful. I never had anything like that before. Bread pudding like with whipped yogurt. It was not bad. Do not know how I feel about it yet. I wish this company much success.

The taverna is in a great location to watch and enjoy Monastiraki square. I ate ΜΟΣΧΑΡΙ ΚΟΚΚΙΝ, it was great and it was huge in portion. Then they offered a traditional dessert. A dessert consisting of halva, yoghurt and honey? I really liked it. Prices were also normal.??

We went to this Greek taverna three years ago. We liked the food and the service very much. We went back there one month ago, and we liked everything still more. we repeated going there on our one week stay in Athens. The food was good. And Mickalis, who looked after us was extremely nice. We highly recommend this place for its food, service and energetic atmosphere.

Service was fast and helpful. They have HALAL meat available including kebabs, chicken and doners. Verified by management and they have a certificate. The kebabs were very juicy and tender and the yogurt sauce went well with the kebabs. The pita underneath soaked up the juice and was delicious! Generous portions and reasonable prices! It's in the middle of the square so good ambiance.
