★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average food quality and taste. For example industrial “burrata” of solid consistency with no taste, almost rare linguini, frozen shrimp, charged San Pellegrino and served local low priced water, half of the menu (food and wine) not available, quinoa tasted old. Disappointed. Very.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife decided to spend a long weekend in Paros and we visited Naousa. We were wondering around the port in order to find a place to eat and by accident we found Bairro restaurant which turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
The location is great if you don’t like the crowded port and the place has an elegant setting under the stars.
The staff was very kind and helpful and the prices were very good.
We ordered a really refreshing salad with cucumber and cherry tomatoes and for main dishes we ordered a pancetta and a seabass. The pancetta was cooked really nice and the fish tasted very fresh.
For drinks the staff suggested two really nice wines that paired with our food.
At the end we found out that this is a new restaurant in the island and we definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ way below expectations. risotto dripping from cinnamon. pasta not overcooked but unfortunately also not enaugh.
nice service but in a restaurant this can’t make up for lack in food quality. even for a lower price this meal would have been disappointing.
