Μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση η οποία είναι αξια σεβασμού , λόγω της ευγένειας, του σεβασμού στον πελάτη, του χαμόγελου που όλοι έχουμε ανάγκη, της καθαριότητας του χώρου, και της ευχαριστης ατμόσφαιρας όταν υπάρχει αναμονή.. Πέραν των ανθρώπινων όμως στοιχείων που καθιστούν τον Φούρνο μια ανοιχτοκαρδη πινελιά στην καθημερινότητα, τα είδη που προσφέρει είναι εξαιρετικα. Τα είδη ψωμιού λαχταριστα και πάντοτε φρέσκα, τα είδη αρτοποιίας πλούσια σε ποικιλία και πεντανόστιμα , θυμίζουν μαμαδιστικη κουζίνα ή της γιαγιάς της συνταγές.. ή την αγνότητα της παλιότερης εποχής. . Τελευταία αφήνω τα είδη ζαχαροπλαστικής (βουτηματα). Νόστιμα φρέσκα και σκέτος πειρασμός... Όλη αυτήν την πρόκληση για την γεύση την συμπληρώνουν πλήθος είδη ψυγείου . Πώς λοιπόν να μην πίνω τον πρωινό καφέ μου που σερβίρει ο φούρνος έξω στα τραπεζάκια με την παχιά σκιά και δροσιά??? Πολύ όμορφη και αναγκαία η παρουσία σας κ. Παπαδήμο , στο διαδίκτυο. Επειδή το καλό πρέπει να γίνεται γνωστό σε περισσότερο κόσμο. Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση πάντα με το χαμόγελο ... All the pies -spinach pie and cheese pie- are delicious, the bread and the cookies well prepared and I love the bar-shaped, sesame bagels and the bougatsa (Greek custard pie) !
