Everything was great, it was a great experience. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, super vip pool, Newley built facilities.
Best sea / beach bars are close, Paliouri which is close too can offer you some good dinner. I highly recommend it!

β β β β β Newly built VIP villas for rent. Located in Palouri, at the end of Kassandra peninsula - this little closed out resort is the perfect getaway. The vilas are on two floors, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You have a private yard with a private swimming pool as well. The view is majestic and the resort is kept in excellent shape. You can also opt for free breakfast as well. The beach is a 5-10 min drive depending on your choice. The staff is friendly and cooperative.

Situated high in an oasis of tranquility with panoramic views of Toroneos Bay.
The staff is very kind and eager to help you with any information you need
Breakfast is special with homemade products and local producer.
You feel at home and eager to return to this complex every year!
I will definitely recommend to friends and all acquaintances about this wonderful place
Sofia and Michalis be well every day in what you do at Terra Olivia!

β β β β β We stayed at Terra Olivia in a two-bedroom villa with a pool for five nights during early August 2021. It was a last minute booking as we were originally heading to Volos which we were forced to cancel due to smoke and ash from the tragic Evia fires.
We were extremely lucky that Terra Olivia had one-last villa available for our dates on such very short notice.
The villas opened in mid-2020 so they are practically all new. The owners, Michalis & Sofia, have spared no expense on the villa building materials and furnishings which are all top-class. Really a place to feel at home. Their hospitality was second-to-none incredible as they catered nicely to all their guests. Very good and healthy breakfast and the pool bar was also a joy; great staff. Daytime and especially evenings were very quiet, which is quite important for me as a light sleeper
Unfortunately, all villas were fully booked for subsequent dates and we then moved to another destination. If youβre looking for the high quality of villas youβd find around Glyfada or Mykonos, then Terra Olivia is the place for you. We highly recommend and when we return to Halkidiki will book Terra Olivia again in a heartbeat!
