★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά δοκιμάσαμε τέτοια παξιμάδια! Χειροποίητα, παραδοσιακά, προζυμένια παξιμάδια φτιαγμένα με τη συνταγή της προ-γιαγιάς Μεταξίας, καμία σχέση με παρόμοια του είδους τους. Αφράτα, τραγανά, μυρωδάτα με πλούσιο αρωμα γλυκανίσου. Τέλεια με μέλι και κανέλλα για το πρωϊνό, αλλά και με αλμυρές λιχουδιές για το κρασάκι μας. Εξαιρετική και η σύγχρονη παραλλαγή τους με αρώνια, για τους πιό ψαγμένους! Αν βρεθήτε Μάνη αναζητήστε τα!!
We tried such nuts for the first time! Handmade, traditional, pre-baked rusks made with the recipe of great-grandmother Metaxia, nothing to do with similar of their kind. Fluffy, crunchy, fragrant with rich anise aroma. Perfect with honey and cinnamon for breakfast, but also with savory delicacies for our wine. Their modern variation with aronia is also exceptional, for the most sought after! If you are in Mani, look for them !!
