★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude owner/seller. Daughter has much better customer skills but he has to be "in control" so he ends up talking over her all the time.
We inquired about ordering some pastries in large quantities and he responded in a very rude and aggressive manner in the lines of "this is what I have and I don't have time to make anything else".
We bought some baklava and walked out (only because we were hungry. We shouldn't have bought anything at all.

We were helped by a young lady (owner?) who was very friendly and spontaneous and was fluent in English.
You can also get coffee there. The best ice coffee I’ve had during my stay in Crete. No idea what I actually got, I literally asked for the best coffee. After a smile and a laugh, that’s what I got
Good prices, especially as the homemade pastries were big
