Picked us up from Herakleion airport in the evening and drove us all the way to office to complete contract & collect car. All inclusive price as quoted with no hidden extras. Citroen C3 car was ideal size and was fairly new and clean. Recommended company.

Just call them and they always try to help you. Their motto is: you want a holiday, no stress. Their 'no risk' insurance is really zero risk! I got a little damage on the car body and their only reaction was: no worries, no stress! Great staff, I tell you. Good car also. Very clean when it was delivered. Very cheap also. Much cheaper than the other car rental companies. Also very reliable: I ordered months ago for the car and everything was as communicated.

I can't tell if insurance is working, but there were no questions asked or any inspection when returning car. I left power bank in car and have noticed an hour after returning car. There was no problem with getting it back and it took them about 15 minutes to search a car and bring it back to rental place. Thumbs up!

She gave us so many advices where to go, to avoid the packed touristic places. Stefania thank you for recommending us the places where locals go, which were so beautiful as those most advertised. Stefania, if you read this - you are the best! The kindness and customer orientation you have deserves another review. You should really think to develop further (I'm saying it as HR with 20 years of experience). And now we go to the lovely lady - daughter of the owner, who I hope by the chance only was the one we've encountered when we actually came to get the car. You are beautiful young lady, but the way you treating customers is unacceptable. Totally unacceptable, I insist. We felt like we are the least welcomed people on Crete. Learn your lessons, stop working. Don't ruin the business of your father. He build it. Keep it. Stop this arrogance but****t you trying on people, or just quit. Overall it was great, car is fine, new. If we would ever get back here it would be for Stefania. Cheers.

The car was given without the full tank but it was mentioned on the contract and we had to give it back with the same amount of gas unlike what other comments may be mentioning. Great experience !
