Η Κατερίνα, εκτός από ευχάριστος χαρακτήρας είναι και πολύ καλά καταρτισμένη Pilates instructor με αποτέλεσμα να δίνει στοχευμένες ασκήσεις ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες και το επίπεδο του καθενός. Τα μικρά τμήματα, έως τεσσάρων ατόμων, της δίνουν τη δυνατότητα να δείχνει την απαιτούμενη προσοχή στον κάθε ένα χωριστά.
Very beautiful place and atmosphere. Katerina, apart from being a pleasant character, is also a very well-trained Pilates instructor, as a result of which she gives targeted exercises according to the needs and the level of everyone. The small sections, up to four people, allow it to show the required attention to each one individually.
