Ποτέ δεν έχω εξυπηρετηθεί όπως πρέπει γιατί δεν γνωρίζουν τα προϊόντα τους και ενώ πάντα ξεκινάω από εκεί καταλήγω να ψωνίζω από το Hondo γιατί δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται! Κατά τα άλλα το κατάστημα είναι μια χαρά και ειδικά τα κορίτσια στα ευρείας πολύ ευγενικά και πρόθυμα να σε εξυπηρετήσουν! Δοκιμασα κραγιον και μου δοθηκε μια ξρρη χαρτοπετσετα για να το βγαλω. Πως θα αγορασω αν δε δοκιμασω σωστα; Ακομα και αν προσπερασουμε την απουσια γνωσεων , η αγενεια και η προφανης αδιαφορια να κανουν σωστα τη δουλεια τους δεν συγχωρουνται. Η κυρία στο ταμείο δεν μου επέτρεψε να κάνω αλλαγή προϊόντος αγορασμένου προ τριών ημερών από το αντίστοιχο κατάστημα στο METRO mall ενώ διεθετα κάρτα αλλαγής. Πήρε τηλέφωνο κάποιον υποτίθεται υπεύθυνο στον οποίο είπε 'Δεν επιτρέπεται να κάνουμε αλλαγή από άλλο κατάστημα έτσι δεν είναι?'. Της εξήγησα πως έχω ήδη ρωτήσει σε άλλο κατάστημα και με εχουν ενημερώσει πως γίνεται. Δεν μου άφησε κανένα περιθώριο και διέκοψε τη συζήτηση ενώ βγαίνοντας από το κατάστημα κάλεσα στο μετρό mall ενημέρωσα αναγκάστηκαν να τους καλέσουν οι ίδιοι για να τους εξηγήσουν ότι προφανώς επιτρέπεται αλλαγή. Ήμουν ήδη στο κατάστημα της Ομονοίας μέχρι να λυθεί το θέμα από όπου και εξυπηρετηθηκα . Unacceptable zero service.
