Nice place for your kids to enjoy themselves, under professional supervision that is, so you can have a little time off.... Tough there is never really time off as a parent off course, but still. It's as close as it gets;-)

Sad, shocked and angry to see in a place for CHILDREN the so-called smoking area that is of course cheaply and poorly constructed with no ventilation whatsoever and is of course connected to the main area with a big always open door so that the kids can go back and forth to meet their parents. Well so does the smoke. We got back home and my 4 year old was stinking. We only stayed for a while out of respect for our friends who invited us there. Never again. I hope one day you guys will show some respect to our kids.

Extremely unprofessional. Staff have no idea of their charging rates. They called me several times and kept changing the price. I wanted to celebrate my son's 2 birthday. I told them there will be another 2-3 children ( aged 5 , 6 months & my son) and their parents. I asked if I could bring a small cake. They said yes the first phone call and that entrance fee per person is 6 euros. Children also pay 6 euros. All additional orders - coffees etc to be paid. I was very happy. Then they called back and asked for exact numbers and I said instead of 3 children it might only be 2 ...in any case the 6 month won't be playing. After a while they called back and asked for me to bring my own plastic plates etc. Then they called again and said there was a booking fee extra 30 euros. I found this strange and no other place charges this. Anyway I felt stressed and very anxious with their tone via phone. The lady was very unfriendly. As parents we want to pop in , watch our children play and enjoy a cup of coffee... I did not expect it to be so difficult to bring a cake...if every restaurant, school etc can handle it surely a child play business can handle it. They were so desperate for the 30.euros they came across as rude. Anyway I called another place- 1 phone call. Table booked. A girl was assigned to help play with baby. They loved that an extra couple came added a few more chairs to our table. Helped organise cake and helped cut cake. We ended up inviting more friends and in the end...it was amazing. GAZOO THANK YOU- for a professional safe experience. BALLOONS ZOGRAFOU- you need to train your staff on learning how to be professional via telephone and how to upsell without sounding desparate. You should never tell your customers bring your own plates ?. Know your competition. Over 10 phone calls is borderline harrassment. I tried to book in advance to avoid stress- I would hate to think if 3 children and 5 adults were to just pop into your establishment without booking cause such chaos...what would your staff do??? Would you cope??? If you cannot even handle a phone call - I really hate to think in person what you would do!!!! APANDISI: Dear Mr. Kostavasilis, Thank you for taking the time to reply. My complaint is not for how you run your business or the rates you charge. My complaint is that with the initial telephone conversation the lady provided me with a quote and told me it was no problem for me to bring my own cake. We then received numerous calls that kept changing price. I was led to believe that there was no problem in inviting 5 grown ups and 3 children. I made it perfectly clear that we had no expectations. Just the possibility of ordering coffees and cutting a cake. Again I repeat I was happy to not even bring the cake. I was a bit annoyed that each call made to us revolved around charging us more money and that I should be bringing my own plates and forks/spoons and the lady insisted on exact numbers. Sometimes when you invite guests and they have a newborn last minute they cancel. I did inform your staff member that instead of 5 grown up it maybe 3 grown ups. Also instead of 3 children ( my 2 year old, a 5 year old and a 6 month baby) it may only be a total of 2 children. I politely declined an extra staff member be brought as they would not be needed. All I wanted was to pop in and stay for an hour or two and drink a coffee order some snack. If I wanted to book a separate area and hold a party I would certainly appreciate your staff asking small details such as plate colours, exact number of guests etc. But I didn't want to hold a party. Anyway it seems there was a communication breakdown beginning with the initial telephone conversation and perhaps staff need to be better briefed on what customer wants. In the end it all worked out. I appreciate that you need several conversations to organise and event but for a simple can I pop in- will there be a table or two- and can we cut a cake- I don't think 10+ calls in needed.
