Lamb chops was little bit over cooked, spaghetti Carbonara tasted different than should be, grilled mushrooms was medium taste, we eat alot at different tavern, that was not the worst but not the best. It was OK that’s way rated 3 stars.

R	Rebecca K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! Sometimes I avoid places that seem like they're "touristy," (lots of google/tripadvisor reviews) but this one I'm glad I tried! It wasn't actually "touristy" at all, seemed like a mix dominated by locals! This restaurant was busy even at times of day when other restaurants didn't have many people, and deservedly so--the food is amazing for a great price, great service, terrific location. I actually went twice--the first time I had a lovely fried feta with honey and sesame and the Balsamico salad. Second time I was depressed because I'd just spent 7 Euros at another restaurant on a salad that was mostly bread. I stopped off here on my way back to the hotel and ordered the Greek salad--fantastic, well-priced, and great portion!

Balsamic salad has enormous amount of lettuce and almost no other ingredients, giant beans are okay, pasta carbonara is over cooked and has cream. They definitely don’t know how to cook octopus in here, it was tough and chewy. I would not recommend this place

M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive disappointment. We came here upon recommendation by a local. The place is basically always packed, but the food is mediocre at best. The stuffed tomato and pepper were unsalted, cooked in cheap oil and thus insipid. The moussaka had been reheated to the point that the outside was hard and dry. The fried cod was so unremarkable that we got tired of eating it after a few bites. We were rather disillusioned at the end of our dinner and declined the free dessert. If you nonetheless want to eat at Balsamico, expect to pay around €30 for two people.
B	Basic Bird Travel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Greek salad and stuffed peppers and tomato and it was just OK. I have had much better traditional Greek food and this is an average restaurant, in my opinion. The location is very nice across from the castle.
