★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου δώσανε μια γραβάτα που στην αρχή δεν την αναγνώρισαν για δική τους και τελικά την πήρανε πίσω μαζι με την απόδειξη. Μου είχαν πει ότι μπορώ να κάνω επιστροφή αλλά τίποτα για επιστροφή χρημάτων οπότε αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω κάτι τυχαία που δε χρειαζόμουν. Not very customer friendly. Δε θα μπορούσα να τους συστήσω σε φίλους και γνωστούς.
They gave me a tie that at first they did not recognize as their own and finally took it back with the receipt. I was told I could make a refund but nothing for a refund so I had to buy something by chance that I did not need. Not very customer friendly. I could not recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

The children work there for many years (something that means). They are awesome and immediate. And their clothes have a great quality and fit, for me at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήθελα να αγοράσω ένα καλό κοστούμι για την ορκωμοσία μου στο Πανεπιστήμιο και στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα με βοήθησαν και με κατατόπισαν όπως έπρεπε. Καλές τιμές, εξαιρετική βοήθεια απο το προσωπικό και καλή ποιότητα σε ρούχα, κοστούμια, αξεσουάρ αλλά και σε παλτά που ταιριάζουν και στην εποχή. Σίγουρα θα σας προτιμώ απο εδώ και πέρα!
Με κάνατε να ξεχωρίσω με τα υπέροχα κομψά ρούχα που αγόρασα στην ορκωμοσία μου στη Νομική Σχολή στις 21.1.22!
I wanted to buy a good suit for my swearing in at the University and in this particular store they helped me and informed me properly. Good prices, excellent help from the staff and good quality in clothes, suits, accessories but also in coats that suit the season. I will definitely prefer you from now on!
You made me stand out with the wonderful elegant clothes I bought at my swearing-in ceremony at the Law School on 21.1.22!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε για γαμπριατικο κουστούμι και για κουστουμι κουμπαρου. 3 εργαζόμενοι στο κατάστημα. Οι 2 απλά δεν μας έδωσαν σημασία, ενω περιμέναμε και κοιτάζοντας τους. Ο τρίτος μας χαιρετησε (στοιχειωδης ευγένεια) και μας εξυπηρέτησε με βαριά καρδιά λες και θα τα παίρναμε δωρεαν χωρίς καθόλου διάθεση. Μόνοι μας ψάχναμε να βρούμε κουστούμια, πουκάμισα κλπ. Μετρημενες λέξεις έβγαιναν από τα χείλη του όσο καθίσαμε εκεί. Από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες που είχα σε κατάστημα ποτε μου, ελπίζω τα άλλα καταστήματα να μην έχουν ίδια πολιτική με πελάτες.
Update : Πήγαμε σε γνωστο καταστημα στην ερμου και αγορασαμε 1300 ευρώ για 2 κουστούμια+ παρελκόμενα.
We went for a bridal suit and a best man suit. 3 employees in the store. The 2 just did not pay attention to us, while we waited and looking at them. The third one greeted us (elementary courtesy) and served us with a heavy heart as if we would take them for free without any mood. We were looking for suits, shirts, etc. on our own. Counted words came out of his lips as we sat there. From the worst experience I have ever had in a store, I hope the other stores do not have the same policy as customers.
Update: We went to a well-known store in Ermou and bought 1300 euros for 2 suits + accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clothes, the sir was fairly kind but the lady was a tad bit disrespectful with a look of shame and perhaps disgust when trying to return a gift and the size couldn't fit so I had to ask for something even larger, sadly not my problem that standards of said lady were not met, I made a mistake folding the returned pants and it looked bad which is a mistake on my behalf, yet not really an excuse to be looked upon like it is weird to ask for a larger size. I also forgot my phone in a dressing room and did not see it at first and so I went to see if I forgot it on a counter yet when I went back and checked again it was on the floor so I picked it up and when I did find it she nodded sarcastically and proceeded to gossip with another customer of fellow age. Disrespectful attitude, but not the stores fault. I'd encourage buying from the chain because of their quality but caution in the specific store.
