★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I usually don't write reviews but I feel like I have to for this one. Definitely my favourite place in Gytheio. Food was super delicious and fresh. The portions are big with very good prices. The service was amazing. The waiter was so nice, he helped us choose our meals, let us taste different wines, took our order and our food was on the table in less than 20 mins. He even brought us orange pie at the end for free and gave us shots. Very warm and friendly. Great view, great people, great restaurant. I 100% recommend it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Greek food, try the pork on paper, piglet roasted on a spit served with fries and bruschetta. Fried squid, giros and souvlaki also very good. Fair prices, good service, nice people. I go every time I am there. Kids friendly. Tables near the beachfront

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat in the garden next to the sea. Nice but a little busy (they got parrots - I guess the decor is pirate). Service was very good, waiter spoke perfect English and I heard him speak German. They accept credit cards (I think this is important to mention as some places do not). As for the food, common Greek dishes, most better than average. I personally enjoyed the pork gyro plate. They also serve grilled bread slices with olive oil that was great. Only disappointment was the zucchini patties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my time spent here. As soon as you walk in and take a seat a waiter comes over and brings you a cold glass bottle of water and a glass. This was much needed and refreshing as the weather was so hot. The view from here was lovely, the shore was a stones throw away. We could see the sea and the sand and hear the waves while you eat. How calming. Now the food was tasty to say the least mmm, they also give you quite big portions I must say. I had to ask for a take away box which was also lovely made. Food great, service great. I would definitely return :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, they forgot half of our order, and at the end, they told us we cannot split the bill. There were 10 of us. They barely spoke English, the food wasn’t good at all and they refused to cooperate on solving the situation. We spent half an hour arguing with them. Never ever had issues like this in Greek restaurant before.
Don’t go there.

When my husband saw veal liver on the menu, his choice was made. So, on a Sunday evening, we settled in the waterfront seating area. Fantastic view of the port and the old town. Lots of friendly cats around.
Funny decor full of old stuff but different and very personal.
As for myself, I ordered a moussaka. A bit dry to my personal taste but tasty.
Cheap pichet of house wine.
Friendly service.
A nice place for meat lovers.
