Γιατί το πρωί και βέβαια μετά από 1ωρα αναμονή ο καφές που παρήγγειλα on line από το efood freddo cappuccino μου ήρθε για πολλοστή φορά φρέντο εσπρέσσο. Και λέω για πολλοστή φορά γιατί πάντοτε γίνεται αυτό το λάθος και μετά από επανηλημενες παρατηρήσεις μου! Είμαι ΠΕΛΆΤΗΣ μάλλον ήμουν....Και λέω ήμουν γιατί έπειτα από τηλεφωνική μου επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο σήμερα όπως κάθε φορά μου είπε ότι έχετε δίκιο και θα σας τον στείλω όπως τον παραγγείλατε. ΑΚΟΜΑ ΠΕΡΙΜΈΝΩ ΝΑ ΠΙΩ ΚΑΦΕ! ΤΟ ΓΕΛΙΟΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΤΟ ΠΙΟ ΚΟΜΨΟ ΠΟΥ ΣΑΣ ΓΡΑΦΩ!!! Φτάνει η ΚΟΡΟΪΔΊΑ..... Well I would like to express to everyone in public that this store is unacceptable! Επιεικώς άγευστο "ρόφημα". Επιπλέον, ο κύριος που έφερε την παραγγελία, μου παρέδωσε κ μπουκάλι με νερό που ΔΕΝ είχα ζητήσει, ενώ το χρέωσε κανονικά...η μάλλον το υπερχρεωσε, καθότι για έναν καφέ κ ένα νερό πλήρωσα 3.30 € . Επιπλέον, δεν έλαβα κ απόδειξη. Κρίμα διότι είναι καινούργιο μαγαζί κ θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο προσεκτικό κ στο κομμάτι της παραγγελιοληψιας αλλά κ της παράδοσης. Edit: και επειδή ο ιδιοκτήτης, καθώς φαίνεται στην απάντησή του, αμφισβητεί τα πεπραγμένα, αποδεικνύεται και με αυτό τον τρόπο η έλλειψη επαγγελματισμου και ο πλεονασμός προχειρότητας. Κρίμα. Μόνο όταν πιείς από εκεί καφέ καταλαβαίνεις τι καφέ πίνεις και φυσικά κολλάς και ξαναπινεις μόνο από εκεί!!! Αλλιώς παραγγέλνεις και στον φέρνουν όπου θες.... άψογο το delivery τους... συγχαρητήρια σε έναν κύριο σήμερα όπου είχα παραγγείλει και καταλάθος μπήκε άλλη διεύθυνση,ο άνθρωπος με πήρε τηλέφωνο και του εξήγησα τι είχε συμβεί και μου τα έφερε στην σωστή διεύθυνση... παρόλο που ξέρω ότι τον ταλαιπώρησα μου φέρθηκε άκρως επαγγελματικά και ευγενικά και ταχύτατα... συγχαρητήρια και να ξέρετε από σήμερα με κάνατε καθημερινό πελάτη σας!!!
