Extremely rude stuff and completely ignorant. Instead of actually seeing the technician we were met with a woman (owner?) who greeted us with a sarcastic comment. Then she proceeded to dismiss us because according to her the technician couldn’t help us. To make herself more convincing she talked to us moving her hands up and down while holding our (!) computer with a clear risk of dropping it! In the end she suggested we could leave it and pay her the fee without the technician even talking to us. Clearly the least genius version of any apple service i’ve ever experienced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store doesnt give you the impression of a true apple retailer. Even though I had problems with my battery on guarrante they insisted that evething was fine and I should pay if I wanted the battery to change..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Apple Authorised Service Provider. The lady at the frond desk as well as Mr Chronopoulos (the technician) were all very friendly and helpful. They managed to solve my Mac Book Pro issues within a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my iPhone x screen replaced there 1 year ago under the Apple scheme for the defect screens that had the ghost touch . Since then my problems started, the iPhone would stop playing videos ,the face id would not work etc. Last month I went to another authorised dealer and the outcome was that whoever replaced my screen did not assembled the phone correctly and had damaged the chip that is responsible for the face id . If I wanted to fix it , I had to replace the whole mainboard and that would cost me a fortune. I am going straight to Apple now and I would suggest you to stay away from this service agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best apple service provider in Greece ! i had my mac book pro in my hands coming out of an unfortunate service session with another authorized service provider.I tried with Document and after few days they came back with results.they found and repair a difficult case with peofessionalism! congrats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my Mac was bought in this shop, I do not recommend it, because now, few years later, when we contacted them again, they were rude and dismissive on the phone and did not respond at all to the two e-mails that we sent, even though we specified it was urgent. In the end, we took the computer to iSystem instead, where they provided us with excellent service and repair, free of charge. With such a poor service, Document Store should not have a licence to be Apple authorised reseller.
