★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορα κλεισαμε με αυτό το ταξιδιωτικό μετά από συστάσεις φίλων μας και ομολογώ ότι είχαν δίκαιο!Οι τιμές είναι πολυ χαμηλότερες συγκριτικά με σελίδες στο ίντερνετ!Η εξυπηρέτηση που ειχαμε από την κ.Ολγα ΑΡΙΣΤΗ φιλική γρήγορη αναλυτική!Σίγουρα από εδώ και περα τα ακτοπλοϊκά μας εισιτήρια θα τα κλείνουμε μονο απο το Barkabas Travel!
For the first time we booked this trip after recommendations from our friends and I confess that they were right! The prices are much lower compared to pages on the internet! The service we had from Ms. Olga EXCELLENT friendly fast analytical! We will book our tickets only from Barkabas Travel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο χρόνια μας εξυπηρέτησαν πάρα πολύ καλά. Φέτος to 2022 πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω για κάποια εισιτήρια ακτοπλοΐκά από Ιταλία για Ηγουμενίτσα και μου έτυχε στο τηλέφωνο μία κοπέλα με το ζόρι έβγαζε τις λέξεις από το στόμα. Απαράδεκτο.
Two years have served us very well. This year in 2022 I got a call to ask about some ferry tickets from Italy to Igoumenitsa and I got on the phone a girl forcibly took the words out of her mouth. Unacceptable.

Μέχρι σήμερα είχα κάνει αγορές τηλεφωνικές και εξ αποστάσεως και ήταν όλα καλα και όμορφα σήμερα είχα την τύχη να έχω και παροχή υπηρεσιών στον χώρο τους .....
Και επίσης όλα ήταν καλά ....
Ιδιαίτερη μνεία θα κάνω αν και δεν το συνηθίζω στην κυρία Όλγα .....που με εξυπηρέτησε .....
Χαμόγελο και υπευθυνότητα....
Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω να πω !!!!!!!

And also everything was fine ....
I will make a special mention although I am not used to it to Mrs. Olga ..... who served me .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only printed one way tickets or they printed both ways and gave us only the first ones without return!
We had to find out and solve the problem ourselves when we got to the terminal in Brindisi where they informed us that tickets where already printed and if they where not given to us it was the agency's mistake.
Worst service i ever experienced!
Employees where bored to death, no smile and not even said hi!
Typical Greek attitude!
if you don't like your job, just leave!
