★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie immer Top. Diesmal waren wir direkt vor Ort. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, Fähre am gleichen Tag möglich gemacht und gleich 25% Adac Nachlass eingerechnet obwohl wir das gar nuchr angegeben hatten.
Weiter so TOP PROFIS
 As always top. This time we were right there. Friendly and fast service, ferry on the same day made possible and equal 25% Adac estate included although we had stated that nuchr.

Nachdem unser Wohnmobil bei der Anreise nach Ancona in Italien in einer Werkstatt von der Hebebühne gekippt und komplett beschädigt war, ist das Fährticket sofort beim ersten Anruf auf offenes Ticket umgebucht worden. Auch bei unseren Buchungen in den Vorjahren sind wird hervorragend von Linos-Travel betreut worden, wie z.B. bei einer Änderung des Ankunft-Hafens mit der Vorinformation usw.

We would like to thank the Linos Travel team for the extremely fast and good processing. After our motorhome was tipped off the lifting platform in a workshop on our way to Ancona in Italy and was completely damaged, the ferry ticket was immediately changed to an open ticket on the first call. Even with our bookings in previous years we have received excellent support from Linos-Travel, such as when changing the port of arrival with the prior information etc.

Auf der Hinfahrt hatten wir eine Autopanne und wir konnten sofort jemanden erreichen und es erfolgte eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Umbuchung. Die gesamte Abwicklung klappte hervorragend. Beim nächsten Mal wieder!
Great travel agency for ferries Italy-Greece. The employees all speak good German. On the way there we had a breakdown of our car and we were able to reach someone immediately and the booking was changed quickly and easily. The entire process went very well. Next time again!

They did not inform me proactively that the schedule changed due to a strike which according to Superfast Ferries should have happened through the agent. Two stars though for friendly replies in emails through the booking process. Otherwise not reliable.
