★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιεπαγγελματιες το μαγαζί!!!! Έσπασε η κόρη μου ένα βάζο (κατά λάθος) που ήταν ακριβώς πάνω στην γωνία στο πάτωμα σε διάδρομο που στην ουσία δεν έπρεπε να είναι εκεί. Μας βάλανε να το πληρώσουμε 10€ που θα έκανε ούτε 5€. Δεν ντρέπονται καθόλου. Δεν είναι τα 10€ αλλά θα παιρναμε κι άλλα πράγματα που δεν πήραμε τελικά. Χάσανε έναν πελάτη που σε βάθος χρόνου θα αφήναμε πολλά περισσότερα λεφτά!!! Λυπάμαι για την πολιτική τους. Δεν θα ξανά πάμε και δεν θα το προτείνουμε σε κανέναν άλλον. Μου ήρθε ως απάντηση ότι δεν πλήρωσα το βάζο και με αποδείξεις. Έχω την απόδειξη από την αγορά αν την θέλετε. Επίσης μου λέτε ότι δεν φορούσα μάσκα. Αν μπορείτε, να το αποδείξετε και αυτό. Αν θέλετε μπορούμε να πάμε και νομικά για τα ψέματα που λέτε. Και καμιά σχέση με την ημερομηνία που λέτε. Εμείς πήγαμε Σεπτέμβρη. Τίποτα παραπάνω.
The store is unprofessional !!!! My daughter broke a jar (accidentally) that was right on the corner of the floor in a hallway that actually shouldn't have been there. They made us pay 10 € which would not make even 5 €. They are not ashamed at all. It is not € 10 but we would get other things that we did not get in the end. They lost a customer that in the long run we would leave a lot more money !!! I am sorry for their policy. We will not go again and we will not recommend it to anyone else. The answer came to me that I did not pay for the jar with receipts. I have the proof from the market if you want it. You also tell me that I was not wearing a mask. If you can, prove it too. If you want we can go legally for the lies you are telling. And nothing to do with the date you say. We went in September. Nothing more.
