Το μεσημέρι της ίδιας μέρας, η παραγγελία ήταν έτοιμη για αποστολή. Τις πρωϊνές ώρες της επόμενης ημέρας (Τετάρτη) η παραγγελία είχε φτάσει στην επαρχιακή πόλη που κατοικώ. Η παραγγελία παραδόθηκε το απόγευμα της ίδιας μέρας απ'τη Γενική Ταχυδρομική. Από την αρχή κατά την τοποθέτηση της παραγγελίας υπήρχε συνεχής ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας με e-mails ή μέσα στο site της εταιρείας. Μου έγινε γνωστοποίηση του tracking number της αποστολής courier με e-mail, αλλά υπήρχε διαθέσιμη και δυνατότητα παρακολούθησης παραγγελίας μέσα στο site της εταιρείας. Τα προϊόντα που παρήγγειλα έφτασαν προσεκτικά πακεταρισμένα και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή, καινούρια, άριστης ποιότητας και γενικά άψογα. Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από αυτή μου την παραγγελία και με χαρά μου θα ξαναπαραγγείλω από αυτή την εταιρεία... I was notified of the tracking number of the courier sending by e-mail, but there was also the possibility of tracking an order within the company's site. The products I ordered arrived carefully packaged and were exactly as described, new, of excellent quality and generally impeccable. I was completely satisfied with my order and I will be happy to order again from this company ...
Ι	ΙΩΑΝΝΑ ΜΙΚΡΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφορά αγορά online τροχηλατης μεσαίας βαλίτσας. Άμεση αποστολή. Καλή ποιότητα από σκληρό υλικό στη χαμηλότερη τιμή της αγοράς. Πολύ ελαφριά με ευρύχωρα διαμερίσματα και τσέπες, ενσωματωμένη κλειδαριά με πολύ εύκολη ρύθμιση προσωπικού κωδικού. Το μόνο μείον ήταν μικρή φθορά στο ύφασμα της εσωτερικής προεκτάσης και κλωστές από τα γαζιά της στο φερμουάρ, εξ ου και τα 4 αστεράκια. βέβαια αυτό αφορά την εταιρεία παραγωγής. Γενικά όμως είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη απο την αγορά και το κατάστημα. It concerns the online purchase of a wheeled medium suitcase. Immediate shipment. Good quality hard material at the lowest market price. Very light with spacious compartments and pockets, built-in lock with very easy personal password setting. The only minus was a small wear on the fabric of the internal extension and threads from its gauze to the zipper, hence the 4 stars. of course this concerns the production company. But in general I am very satisfied with the market and the store.

Παρασκευή την αγόρασα, Κυριακή ταξίδεψα. Το φερμουάρ χάλασε χωρίς να την γεμίσω ιδιαίτερα (23kg), και η βαλίτσα έσπασε ακριβώς κάτω από το χερούλι την επόμενη του ταξιδιού. Όλοι θέλουμε κάτι φθηνότερο αλλά όχι και 70 € για πέταμα. Λάθος μου. 2 αστέρια για το προσωπικό που ήταν ευγενέστατο. If you want to get something that will last well it will be better not to buy something from here. At least in that it has to do with suitcase material other than fabric. I bought it on Friday, I traveled on Sunday. The zipper broke without filling it much (23kg), and the suitcase broke just below the handle the next trip. We all want something cheaper but not 70 € for throwing. My mistake. 2 stars for the staff who were very kind.
