★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the beach is full of stones and rocks, although almost everything in the store is amateurish construction and very often careless, although the sea umbrellas are inadequate shading, although everything has a sense of wear on them, although the music is simple indifferent, nevertheless it is a very relaxing destination. why? ... you will find out there.. maybe Crete's magic colours of rocks and deep blue.. important: even with strong North winds the small beach is well protected.. add a very.. tasty detail from the small restaurant facilities..and you have your summer needs covered with very very basics...

The beach is nice but there are quite a lot of people so not too calm.
Snorkeling can be done easily, doesn't look like the waves could be too high...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this place. Was a bad experience and service for us.
First of all, you are not allowed to have any food or drinks of your own in the (public?) beach.
They said you can use the beds if you consume from the bar, which we did.
When we started drinking our own water and fruits, the waitress started giving some nasty look to us. When we had a can of beer open, they came to say that we were not allowed to do that, so we stopped.
We were a bit away at some point, the waitress passed by with an order... we tried to order mineral water and she said they "don't serve so far from the bar". Ridiculous, since she literally had an order on her hands to serve some people next to us!
Dishes were a bit expensive but the mussles tasted really good, this was a plus.
The Sunshades and sunbeds are of the worst quality possible - don't expect sun protection. The beach itself is quite nice, rocky and good for snorkelling.
Overall, there are many nice places in Crete to spend your money... this was not one of them for us.

It serves food and different kind of drinks.
The waiters here were helpful. There's a nice view of the small beach from the bar.
The bar isn't that expensive, you can either pay for the seats down at the beach, or just order drinks. Overall it was a nice little bar.
